Came in to see what I could do about my phone that I had dropped and broken on my own. The store manager and Drew are the most helpful and patient people ever. They took care of us and let us know what they were doing and what they had available and even checked and let us compare the best phone for us. Best service ever no other Tmobile store compares.

T-Mobile you all have done it again!! As soon as I walked in the door at Store 288E, I was met by the T-Mobile associate Warren. He sounded off with a warm Welcome to T-Mobile how can I assist you today! And Immediately turned my frown upside down. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years and that day, I was ready to CANCEL my service. I felt like I was paying for a phone and service plan that was OUTDATED. My phone would drop calls, the screen would freeze and the phone would power down without notice. I mean I was over it and ready to give T-Mobile a piece of my mind. But, I quickly simmered down when Warren began listening to my complaints. He then checked out my phone and took a look at my current plan. Once he was done, he gave me some different options to think about and the ability to choose a Newer Phone and an even better Service plan. When it was all over, I walked out the store with 2 brand new phones along with the cases, and a plan that was just right for me! #Satisfied T-Mobile customer thanks to Warren!!

Customer service is excellent!! I don't know why many people don't know about that store. One representative, Perla M, was wonderful. Even though online stores are cheaper than retail stores, I purchased an accessory at that store because of her excellent service.

I usually don't post reviews on anything, however, this is a bit different. I was trying to unlock my phone ( wich is paid off) and needed help with it. I walked into the store , first I got the craziest stare followed by a half hearted greeting by Marlon. So, Idk if this gentleman was manager or assistant manager, but he was extremely rude to me. There were other two employees as well and they seemed very nice and friendly, however, Marlon was very unhelpful and rude. I have been with T-Mobile on and off for quite sometime and we have three lines in my account, honestly, I have never experienced such a bad customer service in any T-Mobile stores I have been to, and I have never come across such bad sales rap. But this time and this gentleman blew my mind with his attitude and customer service. Anyway, by the end of this month, my bill will be due and I am switching to a different carrier that's for sure.
