Good service, monthly pay with card bill arrangement will save you just a couple of bucks a month. Overpriced cases and screen protectors. Bought on Amazon for less than 10 bucks for both. Customer service is good though.

My phone died and my life is extremely inconvenient. . anyways. The store was having some maintenance done and its a small store.. And the manager was cool enough to give me a spot to charge my shut and give me WiFi access. Ayyye

Phone selection is minimal, mostly older models with good prices and just a couple higher end phones. The staff is, imho, mostly under-managed/staffed and and generally seem to be on the edge of lazy and are uninformed about the features of the phones they sale, there are a few exceptions, I have had great service in the past but it is generally just passable. The network is ATT so it is decent and reliable depending on where you are at the time and the 4G speeds are good. The price is the kicker, their multi phone plans are great with ok bandwidth limits, if you are on Wi-Fi a lot u should be fine, it just slows down when over limit. They seem to keep raising the bandwidth limit every year or so too. The one thing that bugs me is they force you to buy a new SIM card for $25 every time you upgrade your phone. If you say something they will wave the fee but still charge you a $25 "Upgrade Fee". Their online services are simple and manageable but no frills, they are just an all around solid budget cell provider.

My aunt bought a phone from this store because her current phone (which was on the cricket plan) was broke and she needed a phone just in case she could not get it fixed. We asked about five times if we would get a refund and the employee working at the time assured us yes every time. She took it and was able to get it fixed and asked for a refund on the phone and was offered $5 after we spent $50. (Saturday)We asked why and they said that there was a restocking fee and an upgrade fee they could not refund us back. They told us to come back on Monday as that is when the manager would be back. When Monday came along we went back and the manager was not there and they were still saying they could not give us back anything but $5. We called there corporate office and managed to get the price of the phone back but were still in a loss for the "upgrade fee" the only way we found out we could not get a refund on the "upgrade fee" was to look at the receipt however in order to receive one you must purchase an item. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THIS LOCATION IN PARTICULAR NO MATTER WHAT. THEY WILL LEAD YOU INTO BUYING A PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION BEFOREHAND ABOUT ANY POLICES BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY.
