Had a great experience this past Friday for the MAC event. The MAC ladies helped me so much with matching me for a concealer, powder foundation and a great lip gloss. I always have so much trouble with make up and these ladies made it so easy. I love the way my make up looked when I left and how patient and sweet they were. Christine at the counter was very sweet when I checked out and made sure I was happy with everything I purchased. I will definitely be back to this location.

I love being back in person. Lots of great products at a good price. The bummer is that employee interaction has changed. It used to feel like they were their to be of service. Now it’s almost as if they are put out.

Salesperson - Julia - is the Best Ever!!!!!!!! She expertly found a discontinued item for me - it had changed names - and thus - my significant Mother was able to get her Bare Minerals product and i stayed out of the dog house - for not coming home with the right thing! Thank you Julia - knowledgeable - friendly- and courteous!!! Give a Raise to this Lady!!!!

I have been to this location twice in 30 days. I met a friend to shop here for various products . The 1st time I asked to thank the person assisting us and I was told she was on break . So I asked if the message could be relayed and we were told if they see her they will let her know . It became a back & forth dialogue between 2 associates . Last week -multiple people on the floor , I asked for a recommendation for a concealer , I was told she really didn’t know about concealers . I explained what the goal was for my friend . Again …crickets🦗🦗. Then we ask for specific products & to have my friend matched . That seemed to be an inconvenience. Now we need tinted lip balm. Again 🦗🦗🦗…. Just Burt’s bees …. Last - I find apple ear pods & picked them up because it was getting busy and I thought lost & found would be a good option . I handed them to the young lady assisting and she said ohhhhhh ! Why didn’t you just leave them there . 🤔😵‍💫 I worked in retail 24 years , I went to Ulta because my friend wanted bare minerals that day . The store showed it was in stock . In 2 visits I spent 300 plus dollars . Not unexpected, good makeup is not inexpensive. I understand a one off bad experience. However trying to say thank you shouldn’t be a 15 min dialogue. This past visit was beyond hilarious. To end it being told I should have just left the ear buds on the counter ….maybe that was a better choice 🤷🏻‍♀️. Maybe that’s policy …the entire experience was a STRUGGLE…

I am a regular customer at Ulta hair salon but this time a different stylist did my root touch up and charged extra for blowdry. I literally come every month for a root touch up and was never charged for a blow dry. When I enquired about why I was charged extra $$ this time, store manager told me that maybe this stylist charge for the blow dry because she thinks she is doing extra and we will make sure next time you pay what you have been paying before. I mean you know I was charged extra and you are still backing up your stylist. I won’t be paying more than 100$ for just root touch up because some of your stylist think that drying hair after color and wash is extra work. Blow dry is included with color service and justifying wrong actions of your stylist and making extra $$ out of your regular customer is not acceptable. Highly disappointed. They lost their regular customer. Won’t be going there again.

Absolutely the worse haircut that I have ever got. Sat in the chair for over 3 hours. Showed a picture of what I wanted and it was no where close to what it was. We talked about my hair color and they did a toner on it to try to make it one color. Didn't say how much it was. So I paid double on something that I didn't want. Not going back, please save your money and find someone better.

I had such a bad experience at this store with one particular store representative that I want to make sure I took the time to write a review so others are aware, but especially the store representative, L***, so she can correct her behavior and treatment of all her customers. It was supposed to be a quick buy online pickup but resulted in an unpleasant experience with this store representative. I purchased 2 cleansing balms online and was at the store to pick them up. The balms were packaged in boxes and each box had a tamper seal on it, however one of the boxes seal was broken. I asked if she could swap out the box, she tells me it’s new and to check the product. Therefore I opened the box and found the seal around the jar lifted on one side, which I showed her. I asked about swapping out the product, then she tells me that they get thousands of dollars worth of products and that people open products all the time. She asked me if I was the one that lifted up the seal around the jar (making me feel like she was accusing me of breaking the seal on the jar) and proceeded to take the other unopened tamper sealed box I purchased and opened it to compare the jar seals on them. She tells me that the seals around the jar lifts up like that, which I was more okay with if that is how the jar seal is designed , but was still uncomfortable about the tamper seal on the outer box having been broken so I asked again if I could just swap out the box for an unopened box. She said sure and for me to go find it in the store. I asked her if she knew where it would be located, she responded curtly no. So although she works at the store she doesn’t know where the products are located??? So I had to wander around to find the product myself, swapped the box and brought it to the counter to her. When I got back to the counter she tells me someone will be helping me bc she is the only one at the counter (although she was not helping anyone else at the time). I told her I already found a replacement box, then she asked me where the other box is, to which I tell her I placed it on the shelf. She tells me they need the other box to swap out the boxes so I went to get the other box for her. She took it, did nothing with it, and told me I could go. She was very unhelpful and very unprofessional. If I purchased an item with the security tamper seal on it broken it should not have been such an ordeal to just swap it out with another that was not already tampered with. Also, no one, other than myself, should be opening an item I purchased, especially if it has a security/tamper seal on it. Additionally, if she could not leave the counter for some reason she should have communicated that with me before letting me go wander the store and telling me she doesn’t know where the product is. I hope this store representative, doesn’t treat other customers this way. It’s much nicer to shop elsewhere than having to be subjected to someone who will treat you this poorly.

Went to the Ulta salon yesterday. Axel did my hair. I can’t remember the last time I was this happy with a hair color. He gave me exactly what I asked for. I’m not the easiest to please either. 😉. I see a very bright future for this young stylist! I will be going back in about 4 weeks for a trim. I hope his hair cuts are as fabulous as his hair coloring.

Great experience here! The staff are all lovely and very helpful. With that said, I want to call out Julianne specifically! I was on the hunt to replace a concealer in a color that is no longer made and it was not an easy feat. She was very patient and determined! She helped me locate a decent dupe by another brand that I ended up going home with. Overall I highly recommend this store if you looking for anything beauty or makeup related.
