It's 13min past 8am and customer service is not open. Not even an employee in sight opening the place up. I called ahead of time and was told they open at 8am. I have attached a photo with the time. My watch is accurate within a min. This is the second time I have called in ahead of time and was told it opens at 8am. That no one showed for almost 15min. As I finish it's been 15min.

Went in to grab some food from the deli. I waited & waited. There was one lady behind the counter and so I asked for assistance. She replied 'give me a second'. I replied, 'I've already waited multiple seconds' and I walked off to speak to a manager. Normally Krogers have managers walking all over the store. The only manager I saw was speaking to the wine guy. I stood on the side to speak to him, he looked over at me but kept talking. While waiting on him I observed workers not being helpful or friendly to any of the customers. The ONLY helpful employee I saw was Johnathan, the cart guy. He came to tell the self check out attendant that a customer needed help because the CS counter person walked away. Kudos to Johnathan BUT it's bad when I JUST witnessed GREAT service from the Kroger on Champions & Cypresswood. Take notes Katy Frwy! You would THINK you'd get better service from a store in THAT area. Smh.

Went there today there was a heavy gas smell. Gave me a bad headache and I had an anxiety attack. I spoke to the cashier and said it was nothing. I will never go back to that store.

I like the store and it’s convenient for me. I have come in 6 times in the past few months and 5 times they have no half and half. So I go to HEB and spend my 70$. Please keep it stocked, maybe more than a single slot for the most popular half and half selection.

So if you are in the store at 10 pm and the lights dim, it is NOT because the store is about to close, so no rush. The store closes at 11:00. After 10 they only have self check-out. But it seems to work fine, no long lines. There is a small clearance section in the center of store in the middle of an isle. This is a small sized store. Quick to get in, quick to get out.

This place is incredible impeccable. Clean and very organized and always very well stocked. Flower department it is very affordable and beautiful. Customer service personnel, cashiers are very friendly. They even have a Starbucks inside very convenient.

This store nice. Clean and good customer service. Wine department is spectacular. Great selections but when they have special of 20 percent these nice wines are a great value but warning when you ring up the the 6 or more bottles you get first 10 percent off then another 10 percent off the reduced price. If you buy several bottles you can get cheated out of several dollars. Please correct this in the check out register. Great store.

It’s a small Kroger but they have many goodies and products are fresh! I got bunch of yummy looking fruits 🍑 and excited to try them! Nice and clean although it seems like an older building. Well maintained! Thus come visit and get your needs! Cheers

I went in for a few items and got what I needed. My experience was good. I like this location it is convenient to my work so I stopped in on my way home. I got a few items and I was back on the freeway in no time to go home. I got the salmon because I was wanting some and pretty much when I buy salmon I always get it from Kroger. I also got me some seaweed to snack on it was so so good. I really enjoyed it so I probably will buy me some more in the future. The service of the cashier that was helping me was very helpful. I did want to give me some beyond meat and it was on sale but they couldn't locate it in the store and they couldn't locate how much it was so I left it there. I do like and recommend this location. They do have a large stock of things that some of the other ones sometimes don't have. The only thing I really really hate about Krogers is they never have enough cashiers to check you out so that's a big bummer sometimes it deters me from going there to shop.
