BE CAREFUL, PUMPS ARE HACKED! I went and put $26 worth of gasoline and then got an alert that someone tried to get $100 out of my account. Luckily they had the wrong PIN, but be careful. Take care of your hard-earned money.

It clearly said that they close at 11:30 but they close the doors where they want. this is my 3rd time coming around 10:30-10:45 without them being open.

They need to update their times because this is the second time I've been there a few minutes after 11 this time it was 11:03 ( says they close at 11:30) and all the pumps are shut down I have a gas light on coming from a long trip and since it by my house I know I was pushing it and that was my fault in itself..any way. I really need gas and was counting on them. They need to update it otherwise great place for gas

Once again went to Rowlett Murphy's and they are closed ..Showed up at 9pm then drive around building and see a small obscure sign saying they close at 8 pm. It would be nice if they posted this on this website. Wonder how many others have wasted trips there Thats bad management

Absolutely horrible management here! Every time my family and I come to make a purchase, the lines are always long and employees are just there for the paycheck. They do not speak with integrity, constantly having their phones on speaker while working, and never getting the job done to satisfy the paying customers.They close early then what is advertised on app or online, the workers and managers always have a nasty attitude .Seems that not only are the gas prices low but so are the people who are employed here.Hopefully corporate will seek the problem out before anything gets out of hand.But as for my family, we will no longer use the service at this particular gas station!

Upon arrival I noticed the ad posted in the window about any size coffee being 99cents. Being an avid coffee drinker this seemed promising. I was welcomed by attendant👍 Ms. Lee😎with a warm "Welcome Love," which took me back home and brought me back to the same customer service greeting as one of my favorite bus drivers. Alongside her attendant 👍Ms. Terri😎was hard at work checking out guests which made both sides of the checkout clear. Both attendants were courteous, informative, and expedient. Which is how I found out about this survey and will spread the word about my enjoyable experience to all that ask about the Murphy's USA #7676. Feels like a homecoming everytime you walk in the door!

They are still as they always are 3 or more employees only one line open. Line to the door and growing. They dont care only thing they care about social media and what's happening to their friends. All you hear them talking about is personal life situations to each other. Sure they will ring you up and get you out of there so they can keep socializing with each other. They also are the only Murphys that trys to charge for ice when you have your own cup.

I've got a 2015 car. It was working great when I pulled up. Filled up my tank, just as I have done here many times before, turned on my car & it's been messed up ever since. First it had trouble starting. Now my check engine light is on & my car is smoking... I should've complained while I was there, when it was having trouble starting it up, but I was in a hurry & didn't have time. I guess I was hoping it would fix itself...? Well it didn't. Definitely more messed up now, even though I've only gone less than 10 miles since filling up. I guess I'll have to bring it to the dealership Monday. I'm SO mad!!
