My rings were originally purchase from Robbins Brothers in San Diego, and we have since moved overseas. I come here once a year to have my rings cleaned and inspected when I'm in town. For the past 5 years, I have had a great experience. Wonderful staff, very quick to do the cleaning and inspection.

My boyfriend and I went to another jewelry store before Robbins Brothers and had an awful experience. Robbins Brothers did a phenomenal job at lifting our spirits and making us feel excited and significant. Specifically Johanna. She really checked all of our boxes! We didn’t feel rushed what so ever. She actively listened to what my boyfriend and I wanted. She educated us on the warranty they provide and gemstone options. Additionally there were SO many options to see in person. My boyfriend and I genuinely enjoyed shopping for an engagement ring at Robbins Brothers.

Gwen personally helped us pick out our wedding bands. My fiancé and I truly didn’t know where to start and she spent a few hours with us helping find “the ones”. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Robert helped us place our orders and was truly helpful and kind. Great job you two!

The staff here is great! They will help you look at different styles to see what you want and what will look good on you. They are willing to work with quick timelines, and open for spending the right time to get you what you need!! I got my wedding band here!!

This was our first time looking at engagement rings, and it was thoroughly unpleasant. The sales associate was dismissive of my girlfriend's opinion, and we felt pressured into buying that day, even though we were literally looking for the first time. It honestly made me not want to look at rings any more. We received no information about the cut/clarity of diamonds, difference between lab and mined, or even differences in setting styles. I've now been to some other jewellers and the experiences elsewhere have been much more enjoyable! Robbins Brothers did not make us feel like it was a special occasion, and I would not recommend anyone else visit, even if they are one of the only places open on Sundays.

Fantastic experience at this store. I strolled in shopping for wedding bands and Pete was able to help me find the perfect bands for myself and my fiancée. My ring was not available in my size and there was not enough time for them to order it before my wedding (last minute shoppers here) but when I was able to find an exclusive online distributor of the company that could ship in time there was no attitude or bad vibes and we kept working on getting the right ring for my lady. Kudos to this store and Pete! Great experience for a guy who begrudgingly walked in lol

Ask for Antionette!! She was amazing and was more helpful than we could have expected! Went in to help my sister look and find her style, Antionette was able to guide us and help us narrow down what my sister wanted! She is very knowledgeable and sincerely helpful.
