Terrible experience today at this location! I brought an old can of paint for him to make it again. He said he couldn't do it because the numbers didn't match. He still mixed something and the color didn't match. I said I didn't want it. I had to go to another Sherwin Williams location and they were able to take the old paint and match it. How come the other Individual didn't ask to match the old color? I can think nothing but negligence on his part. Don't go to this location, they are clueless!

Excellent customer service and great shopping experience. The people were so helpful! Even with current paint shortages, they work with you to find the right color and finish. Highly recommend.

Dude was cool. I needed buckets and all they had were the giveaway buckets. But I needed to buy something first. And they didn't have ANYTHING I needed... But he gave me the buckets anyway... That's called great service 👏👍👌

They had a great selection to choose from. Found everything I needed. Walked in with just the name of my contractor and they new all of the rest. Finding the color paint I needed has never been so simple. They keep your order on file and organized so that you don’t have to worry about it, because everyone knows that more paint could always be needed in a construction job. That’s why I choose Sherwin Williams Paint Store!

There are Sherwin Williams stores nearby that offer much better customer service. There’s no reason to settle on this one. I’ve been in here 3 times, mostly because it’s been on my way home. The last two times have left a lot to be desired in terms of respectfulness from staff. Do yourself a favor and pick another store. I’ve been to 3 other Sherwin Williams stores in town and they were all great.

As soon as I walk into the store, I see this guy, that I haven't seen before, he had a very low enthusiasmthen, and we had a discussion about whether a standard for oil based paint existed or not which claimed the thing is I guess I insulted his pride or his intelligence because he got very aggressive in his tone and then he said hes the manager which surprising because hes the most unprofessional manager of ever seen. He said he needed to educate us on paint lol. but he's the one who needs to get educated on how to properly be a manager and how to deal with customers. "Roger" was his name I believe. Even after I calmed down he kept on being aggressive and he even yelled at one point, I had to speak to a regular employee because I could tell he wasn't going to relax and I was losing my patience. Shut out to that employed by the way, sweet girl, she knew how to handle a customer. This is the 1st time I've ever written a review. It was that bad. I went to another Sherwin Williams and they actually knew what I wanted, and they also told me that other customers have had problems with this Sherwin Williams
