I'll be honest, I've had run ins with the cashiers at this location. I don't know why this store hires some of the worst ones. They either don't know how to count, bag, or they're just rude. The one on Fort Hood street is so much better. The one on West Stan Schlueter, not so much. It used to be one of the more clean and organized Dollar Trees in the area, but they always seem so behind on stocking now. It's better than the one located by Hobby Lobby though if that helps at all.

I'm always surprised by what can be found at the Dollar Tree. Today I went in, not expecting to find the cheap broom I was looking for ( just for our bathroom upstairs). I found a mop head, broom head, and an attachable handle and paid only $3.75. Better run down and find your own surprises.

This place is always slammed when I go in I feel bad for thr people working there because they can't get anything down with the amount of people in the store. I use to be a retail manager and someone needs to get them more help! They are always super friendly and helpful. I was looking for fall decor as my sister lives in Beorne and the have ALL their stuff out and It is super cute so I was a bit disappointed to see only a sparse wall of fall decor. But I did find these super cute cat markers that will be great for little gifts and of course I bought a ton of cards for all occasions.

Now I am one that believes that it’s usually not the customer service but in fact the customer that makes the experience trash but today I’m not so sure about that. Dollar tree has a habit of over crowded lines and one checker being thrown into the chaos of it all. Still as unpleasant as that is one would still expect decent customer service. One girl was putting things away and cussing up a storm about how they were being treated there. Another cashier was literally drowning the line was so long and then the cashier I had finally hopped on. Normally she is pleasant but today was just not her day. They are definitely in need of more staff and a morale boost.

Who DOESN'T love Dollar Tree? Their holiday decor alone is worth the trip! Their products may not be the finest quality but, if you're a decent home designer, you should be able to make it work. When you're on a strict budget, Dollar Tree is the definitely the way to go!
