I waited about 1 hour and a half for the top stylist to do my hair as someone recommended him. The hair stylists are very friendly. I would give 5 stars to the top stylist but I do not know how good the other are. I got a one on each side and a low taper fade. Excellent 👌👌

I use to go to the salon across the street for my kids. I came to Sports Clips this week, and Leslie cut my kids hair and did a great job! She educated me on what shampoo I should be using. Will be coming back to see Leslie. She did a great job! Service: Kids' cuts

I walked in and immediately was asked “Are you here for a haircut?” Of course I said yes I mean that’s what you guys do right? I checked in & had about a 12 minute wait… no long at all someone was in the chair & 1 ahead. Good thing there were two stylist! I chose to be served by whoever was open no biggie as I was only there for a trim service. I couldn’t remember her name, but I do remember her saying she had been a stylist for “over 30 years” so nice to say I was pretty comfortable with that. I was up next and had to get off of the phone so I could be properly serviced. I had Great convo with the stylist she was awesome, quick and friendly! I would definitely come back! I appreciate her time and effort. I will say I was a bit nervous, but “it’s just hair & it’ll grow back”. But the stylist made me immediately feel welcome. Even though my hair is extremely soft and fluffy she had not problem managing my hair! Thank you again, I love the Cut and I will recommend this to anyone for quick and easy-going services. Janet just mutilated me. Asked for a 4 on the sides and nothing off the top. Seriously walked out with a buzz cut. The kids think I’m joining the army. I don’t leave reviews, but maybe drug test Janet. 😆

OWNERSHIP PLEASE READ BOTTOM Robert is one of the best. I’ve been to a handful of other more expensive salons and Robert beats them hands down. Not only is he great with the scissors he’s also an excellent manager. He seems to interact very well with all of the customers coming in and out as well as all of the other employees. There is a reason I’ve consistently been driving to this location for years now for a hair cut. SALON ULTIMATE: the software that manages all of the online check-ins really needs some work. About every other time I am getting my hair cut the software either shuts down, or the “arrival times” are off by over an hour. It’s happened to me many times and I’m constantly hearing complaints from other customers in the waiting area about these same issues. It really needs to be addressed as I’ve seen many people walk out in frustration. You’re losing business and it’s making the Sports Clips name look bad! Fix it!

I've been coming here for haircuts for over 10 years before trying out other barbers (not because of them, I just wanted something different) Well I moved away, then came back to visit family and got a haircut here yesterday. The haircut itself was fine, but the lady doing it kept trying to sell me a shampoo I didn't want and couldn't even take home (thanks TSA) and wouldn't let up even after I told her the above. I'm not planning on returning, even if I moved back to the area.

Stylist: Janell Date: 3/30/22 The worst haircut ever! I had been using a different location (10 years), but my stylist left and so I thought I would try this location...bad mistake. Was going ok, even though she combed more of my ear than my hair, then when I requested she take a little more off the side, she argued and then mumbled "yeah, since your the stylist"...(yep, I have had this hair all my life and know what works), I wasn't rude, thought we could reach an agreement about MY HAIR, then she mumbled some more, when I asked her "what?" she wouldn't repeat it. She then hurried me up and outta there, the only time I heard "thank you" is when I reluctantly tipped her at check out. Won't go back to this location EVER! They should have negative stars, I didn't even want to give one star. Update: 2 hours later....my coworker noticed I had dried blood on my ear...I took a picture, but can't upload another photo to this post! Service: Haircut

I’ve been coming to Janell for years! She is by far the best hairstylist in the metroplex for sure.. She is a down to earth and a wonderful young Caribbean lady.. She actually listens and is patient to find out what type of style you would like.. If anyone has anything bad to say about her, I would be shocked! Because they would seriously need to check their own attitude! Great lady and highly recommend hairstylist! Services: Braids, Haircut, Twist braids
