My biggest issue is the photo area I had ordered 4x6 Internet printbook on the 9th and and I went yesterday to get it they tell me it’s not done and it the 14th tried calling and poor customer service lady transferred me like 3 times taking my service elsewhere

My biggest issue with this location is customer service. Almost EVERY employee here has the worst customer service. You can tell they hate working there. I normally just order my pics from here and each time I go they have such a rude attitude.

Don't EVER use this location if you want medications dispensed correctly. My medications are very serious and I take them carefully because it's life or death. I should have stayed with Walgreens at 2401 W. Ledbetter. They are SUPERB! I needed my pain meds. My original order was ready on the 16...well I couldn't get to it due to the snow storm. I waited and picked my order up on the 18th when it was safe but I was told they could "refill my order but it would only be a 30 day supply and the rest I could pick up Monday the 22nd (today). Since I didn't receive my usual text (they are always slow) I called and was told I couldn't pick up my other half until the 28th. I spoke with Daniel the pharmacy manager and he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct my order. I was promised today now I have to wait another week and leaving for an emergency next Tuesday. Daniel said he can have ready Monday, (like he was doing me a big favor)that's the date provided when I called!!!! Two things I hate: inconsistencies and liars and that's what you get at this store in the pharmacy. As a matter of fact it's in your best NEVER use this pharmacy. When I used this place (only because my doctor is down the street and I was in some serious neuropathy pain. I dropped my order off on the 16th but not sure about the month they told me it would be the next day. I drove off, sat in silence looked at my mom and said..."what they are doing is illegal " at the Ledbetter Walgreens it would have been on the 28th of every month. This is a control substance! I had ELEVEN DAYS TO GO. I saved the bottle with the initial of the individual that dispensed it. That was actually dangerous what they did. I picked it up anyway and would not take the medication for my safety. I've been on this for 12 years due to the damage chemo has done. I know what I'm doing but unfortunately Walgreens pharmacy on Illinois does not. I'm going back to the professionals, people speak fluent English, they are courteous and would have NEVER made an error like this and would have NEVER split a control substance medication which changes my dates on everything. Thanks for nothing DANIEL! IF I COULD GIVE YOU NO STARS I WOULD. I will be calling corporate and forwarding a copy of my prescription bottle and a copy of all the times I picked my medication up on time and how they released a control substance 11 days early.

If you sign up for prescription notifications you will be notified of your refill time and when your prescription is ready. I went to the drive thru and picked it up with ease.

Christian & His Team Members are SUPER AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! This Store STAYS Busy, yet each Team Member makes sure that each Customer is aware of delays & Are assisted very quickly. Even though it is surrounded by Restaurants & 7-Eleven, The Zang-Illinois store is Always Clean, both inside and out. I Love Shopping Here & Cannot WAIT Until Coronavirus ends so it will be back 24hrs so I can shop anytime I Need to. LOVE YOU GUYS & KEEP UP THE SUPER AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!!!

I read the reviews but my experience is so different - this Walgreens is well stocked and beats CVS and the Pharmacy well Mitchell is fantastic at his job. He goes beyond for you and used my good RX card and more and was kind and willing to get me my medication. He is an asset to the pharmacy. This store is very busy and you will wait. But you wait any where you go. And it’s very clean.

Picking up my final prescription refill at Walgreen's Store # 4203 and again it’s not ready at the time I requested on the website. I had 3 refills in all, and every single (no exaggeration) time I came to pick them up they were not ready. This issue needs to be addressed by management. If you review my past Walgreen’s comments you will see this has been an ongoing issue with this location. Pharmacy phone hold times are also generally more than an hour, which makes it impossible to verify the prescription is ready prior to driving to the store. There may also be an issue with the Web Site, currently the site lists that the prescription is ready even if the prescription has not been filled, making it an unreliable tool to verify the status of a prescription.
