Sam, the cashier in the front (Hispanic) lacks customer service experience. He was extremely bothered when I walked up to the cash register. You are here to work and provide a service for pay. Horrible customer service, I’d definitely never buy anything from here

My pregnant wife and daughter went to use restroom due to emergency , the worker said the rest room open sometime now it is closed . Be human and work if serve people for business . from today I hate this place.

Pharmacy here is a joke. They never have all the medicines the doctor prescribes my children and I end up taking what they do have for my children health. I come back on the day their automatic system calls me to pick up the remaining medicines just to be told I have to pay out of pocket for medicines I know perfectly that the insurance covers and they get upset when I tell them the insurance always covers said medicines then they tell me the machine made an error and I need to return the following week. They want me to wait a WHOLE week for medicines that my kids need just because they can’t get their act together. Seriously waste of time and not worth coming here.

I went in to buy a body wash but they didn’t have the one I was looking for, which is fine, so I decided to purchase some snacks instead. There wasn’t anyone at the register and I waited and no one arrived. I thought about just taking the snacks and walking out since they obviously don’t care about lost prevention but I’m not a thief so I left the snacks and water at the counter and left.

I came here midnight Friday to Saturday to get baby formula Bcz I was going to have a busy day Saturday and when I went they didn’t have regular similar advance so I told an employee If they didn’t have any just to make sure and she said no but if I got the cvs brand it’s just the same ( since she’s a cvs employee I believed her and didn’t read the formula) just to find out that the one she told me is PRO ADVANCE COMPARED NOT REGULAR ADVANCE now my baby has been sick due to the formula!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time getting a COVID test here. With an appointment that arrived 30min early for, I waited for 2 hours in line before I finally got tested. Go to Walgreens.

Heather and her lackey (Maria) were beyond rude. It seems they were on a power trip . They would not do my money gram due to my picture on my driver's license dosen't look like me ??!! It's a state issued driver's license. They would not take any other forms of I.D I had. Just absolutely rude and refused to honor the money gram. What's odd about the whole situation is Maria has done my money gram before. Today she wasn't feeling like doing her job apparantly. It seems as it was too much work for these 2. The manager is Heather she absolutely needs customer service training. I asked to speak with a manager. When I approached Heather , she said Maria already gave me an answer. What's the point of your job Heather if your lackey calls the shots? The lackey (Maria)employee was even more so worthless. What's sad about this whole situation is, I do money gram almost weekly sending out money to my mother in Arizona. No other employees have ever given me a problem with again my state issued driver's license. These 2 employees need customer service training. Heather need's to be demoted as she is incompetent for this managerial position. The lackey (Maria) needs to be fired. She is better suited for a fast food type job. I offered other forms of I.D. yet they did not want to see them. It seems as if they just didn't want to do the job they were given. If this is the case ? Stay home and let someone more competent do the job. I personally am done with this Cvs. To many bad experiences from the employees. Nothing is ever stocked and managment is just as rude as the employees. Walgreens is getting my business from now on.

Good cvs not open 24 hours but it's close new and clean. I have to say the pharmacist were really helpful and did more to make sure my wife had the prescription she needed than any other place I have experienced. The customer service was just excellent .

I had asked the MOD onsite (Carol) if they had any more cans of pedigree dog food in the back. She didn't look up at me , all that was said is "sir we don't keep dog food in the back". I am a contractor for CVS, I am in your stockrooms daily. Yes there's dog food in the back room , all you needed to do was go get a can or 2 ? Or better yet keep your shelves stocked? No name badge, no welcome to CVS, no have a good day , nothing ! Mod Carol needs to work on customer communication.
