I personally never had any major issues with this branch. They have been helpful over the years although I don't visit frequently. But seeing all the poor comments obviously many have had issues or felt disappointed with service received. Well, to everyone who complained about service and wait times, this branch is closing December 6 so remember to be careful what business you complain about as it may go away and you have to go out of your way to visit another location. More and more businesses are struggling due to COVID impact, economy, employee shortage, etc. which is never a good thing for our community.. Good luck to all the current employees who be will be transferred or transitioned out.

Rude management, polite employees. low limits on atms so you have multiple atm fees. Just a poorly managed branch

This place is so ridiculous... been in line 30 mins , what are they doing printing the money... not pictured is the line of cars behind me... set aside sometime... would be worth finding another branch

I been here for more then 20 minutes this place is the slowest will never come back here again, the tellers and what ever you call this customer service employees are the worst, I hope everyone come here and find out the mess there is here. Please go somewhere else.

Just left this bank trying to open an account and was told no because they are too busy. When I said I would come back later I was told no again because she said the banker would still be busy because she has other appointments. She said she couldn't help me herself and that the supervisor was also too busy to help me. She told me to go somewhere else where they are not so busy and have more workers. Like, really? If this is what doing business with Chase is like like I'll pass. There are too many other banks out here for me to have to put up with this type of rude treatment.

Ugh, slowest service ever. 90 percent of this bank is empty. The tellers are in the back of the building so they can service the drive thru as well. It’s akin to a junior bank. It should really be a small 10x10 foot booth for the 2 people working there. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz 1 person helping the bank members as they come in and lord help you if you come in during their lunch break as there’s no backup. Thank God for online banking.

Waited for 30min. Just to be told that there is one person that can open a checking account in is going to be another 10 min. Before she's do e with a customer. 15 min. Later the lady finishes up with her customer and tells me she is going to have another person help me. It was going to be a few minutes. 20 min. Later notthing I left. Horrible horrible customer service

I had a horrible experience! I went to deposit 200 cash in dollar bills. I counted money before arriving and was short apparently . I asked them to let me count it again they rolled there eyes were upset and talked among each other as if I was being annoying. I called back in the intercom to let them know it was ok just to make the deposit and I got attitude they didn't even let me speak ,"Look ma'am we counted it twice and twice by machine you are short they said". I felt so disrespected it was my money and I had every right to count my money. I have never been treated like this at a bank before.
