I mistakenly thought that the taquito combo came with more than one taquito (the picture threw me off). The guy who answered was nice enough about it when setting me straight so giving 5 stars for me wasting his time.

So I pulled up a ask for fresh hot fries and a small coffee. The line in front of me was about 6 cars. When I got my order, I noticed the fries was cold so I got right back in line and handed the guy my cold fries, why did he give them back and say have a nice day. I pulled around the side and call the manager and she had someone else bring me hot fries. If I want cold food, I'll stay home.

Bad service, order was wrong, food was cold and the manager had an attitude as if we were taking up his time rather than taking care of the issue. The manager should lead by example and correct the employees rather than letting them think it's ok to do things incorrectly. I will drive further to a different location next time

So, my family rarely eats Whataburger because sit can be a little on the expensive side for a fast food restaurant which in all honesty is okay, but tonight we had a late late dinner and too think this location was super busy, that their food would be fresh. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, just because a location is busy do not ever think that because tonight here was terrible . My husband got the number 13 meal and my son got the 2 piece chicken tender meal and the chicken for both meals was straight breading and barely any meat at all…NOT only that they were cold. You can tell it was just sitting there waiting to be served. And the fries were the same way. Not fresh, cold, hard and just had that nasty taste too them, where you can tell they were old. BUT ITS SO CRAZY BECAUSE THIS LOCATION WAS SUPER BUSY, so why couldn’t the food be fresh (I even had to pull around to the side for them to bring me my food and it was still old pieces of food and/or not fresh at all). Not only that the employees I don’t think could handle the rush because my husband wanted a Sprite because he doesn’t drink coke and what do they do they give him a coke. Not only that we asked for condiments and of course no condiments so after waiting for our food that wasn’t fresh and just stale and nasty the employees didn’t listen, and I still had to go up to the door to get things that I had already asked for . I’m just super surprised when whataburger is a staple of Texas and not only that they are typically super good. I don’t know what happened, but I can promise you I probably won’t return here anytime soon, which is sad because I do like whataburger.

Ordered in app to minimize my wait, still waited 20 minutes. Not sure if the cashier actually did anything or told anyone I was there. Manager finally asked what my order was. She was the best part about the whole experience she's got her hands full with that crew.

Fantastic burgers. Currently living in Florida makes it hard to get so a trip to Texas is required as much as possible. Burgers best after a night of drinking. Definitely a plus

I have been wanting a Patty Burger for a long time because I remember it so well. Yum!! So I invited my neighbor to join me for lunch. Neither of us was going to share his burger but I did think that we would at least have some leftovers! Nope. Both of us ate it all - not one fry was left standing. What a burger it was, Whataburger!! We will be back for more but we will learn not to eat it all at once

No good any more. Might as well go to McDonald's - but at least you can meet some of their ex-employees, here, if you don't. Over the last several months, Whataburger has gone from great to garbage. If you like waiting 20 minutes for a screwed up order, every time, this is your kind of place.

Received this smashed junior burger when I unwrapped it at my desk. I tried calling the location to let them know there was an issue, but nobody would answer the phone. I sent this photo and comments through the Corporate contact, but nobody ever responded. I personally did not "want" anything, just to let them know that more training may be needed. Either way I went hungry this particular day as it looked as though it may have fallen on the floor, and my OCD kicked in.
