I had the worst experience with MAGEN in the service center. I waited for 20 minutes, asked for a cashiers check but was given a money order. After I left the location I realized I couldn't use it bc unfortunately my apartment specifically takes CASHIERS checks not money orders. When I returned for a refund, MAGEN refused to help me and claimed "she isnt here to babysit" which was very unprofessional as I had asked her why she would give me something completely different than what I had asked for without even explaining that HEB doesn't do cashiers checks and then said its "tomato tomatoe, same difference." when it clearly isnt. MAGEN then proceeded to slam both of my checks down and say she wasnt doing them for me and i had to go somewhere else? I understand I had an attitude, but it was rightfully so, so I asked for another person to help me, which caused MAGEN to proceed to laugh in my face until someone luckily came and assisted me. While I was unable to do anything or get a refund, the other worker actually took the time to explain to me rather than just ridiculing me in front of so many people. I was embarrassed and cannot believe HEB would employ someone so disrespectful who would say such rude things and seem so happy to cause a scene. Wouldn't come back and I hope HEB will take the time to check the cameras and investigate this MAGEN mess.

Checkout lanes are almost always consistently slow and packed. Very limited organic section (no organic potatoes) and no plain, dairy free single yogurts. Great customer service and friendly staff, though.

My favorite HEB nearest me. ❤️ They've got a lot of the goods you need, and a lot of the ingredients for a Hispanic home that you can't find in some of the Austin area H-E-Bs.

On HEB give you plastic bags to place your fruts and vegetables but the plastic bags disintegrate before you get to your car kind of making you to buy their plastic bags

1st time I try this location...My sushi had fishbones in it that scratched my throat. Very disappointed. This has never happened at any of my other HEB locations.

Not a big fan of this HEB, just the closest to my house. Definitely a lower-tier HEB, with better ones all around like Greenlawn or (either but mostly I35) Parmer. Still HEB so what ya gonna do?

Such a bad service Carlos the manager didn’t except to get my ID to buy alcohol. I’m 27 years old. I also asked to provide my passport and he didn’t want to except it. he was so rude and so not professional I buy in this store twice a week wines for me and my girlfriend and he just unprofessional and almost call the security for no reason not recommend it to buy in this store!!!!!

Great selection and good deals. Always super busy. Very long lines at checkout despite lots of tills open. Tons of selection. Store provides scooters for limited mobility.

Stopped there before cold front arrived and there was a huge run on the store that they were not staffed to handle. There were no carts in the store, I had to go to the parking lot to get one. Shelves were sparse. The checkout lines stretched up the aisle to the back of the store, indicating that they were not able to foresee this happening and staff accordingly (only half the checkout lines were open). But I was able to get all I needed and the store was clean, employees were nice.

Wide HEB located to near to I-35 exit in the pfluggervile area. They also have gas station attached with relatively low prices around. Its located next to the main road and is easily accessible. Parking is very large enough with wheelchair accessible parking. #HappyShopping
