Wonderful customer service, energy, and help from Orlando! I walked in after having my purse and ID stolen the weekend prior needing a large sum of cash today, and Orlando went through great lengths to contact people and find me another Chase that would be able to fulfill my withdrawal through the inside ATM. A few branches were having repairs or problems with theirs, so him specifying and finding one that worked specifically helped majorly. Thanks again Orlando! :)

I came to this branch because I had a problem with disputing some transactions on my account and was helped by Orlando. He was so well-informed and efficient, helped me right away and his demeanor immediately put me at ease. He did an outstanding job helping me with my problem. I open a new account with Carlos’s help today. I need to say, it was GREAT! I am an international student just arrived Austin within a month. Carlos helped me through the process and taught me how to use them, e.g. the app, how to transfer, ACH., etc. He also helped me to avoid WT fees as I need to transfer my money from my home country. The services Carlos offered were impeccable! He is nice and willing to help. If you need anything, I highly recommend you call and ask for Carlos for help!

When Mark Bradley left this branch of Chase Bank; customer service apparently left with him. Orlando Franco cannot hold a candle to Mark Bradley. I gave Chase Bank three opportunities to perform professionally after Mark Bradley left. This branch failed miserably each of the three times. So, I contacted the area Chase bank supervisor, Stephanie Quinones and she did nothing to rectify the situation or attempt to preserve my business. I moved my accounts due to their continued failure to provide satisfactory customer service. This branch is simply horrible! Jamie Dimon: If you read this review, please contact me.

I had amazing experience working with Mark Bradley today at Chase Bank off Far west in Austin, Texas. Due to my background, I have very limited knowledge about credit cards, banking, etc. and not only did Mark never once make me feel weird for asking literally an hour and half worth of questions, but he was legitimately energized to have the conversation altogether. It is very apparent that Mark is very passionate about his work and clients.I will definitely continue working with Mark (lots to learn...), but I also encourage other individuals who might feel embarrassed to do the same, as well as just any Chase customer at all. I feel better prepared, validated, definitely more knowledgeable, but also very optimistic that I gained the information I needed so badly. Thanks so much, Mark! When you go to a big bank what they offer is more complicated because they are a big bank. We run one of our companies out of an account at Chase. The office is particularly well run. I highly recommend it.

Odd location next to a starbucks but always a great experience every time I need to come in - the front desk clerks are always super polite and nice, very fast service, almost no wait, it's excellent every time. Parking is iffy but otherwise it's great!

I deposited $500 cash and they "failed to deposit into my account". Fortunately, I kept my deposit receipt and they corrected the problem after I came into the office in person. How is this acceptable?
