We worked with Jeff Beckley and his wife Juliette for over 11 years They just tried to increase our costs almost 50% from the previous year for bookkeeping, personal tax return and business tax return. They offered a couple more services that we didn't need, and so we tried to negotiate the costs. We tried on multiple occasions for Jeff or Juliette to call us, but they responded back multiple times saying if we had any questions they would be answered over email only. We did eventually get a call from an office assistant, but we should refused to let us speak to Jeff or Juliette. Very unprofessional, beware.
