Worst cvs ever. They threatened to withhold my medicine if I didn’t listen to them. Absolute trash pharmacy

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have dealt with as a provider. They make things extremely difficult for patients and providers. Very disheartening!

Nurse at minute clinic had absolutely no business giving shots to children. Didn’t say a single word to them. They were scared about shots and she was very impatient even though we did all the work and she just stuck them.

I'm giving it a 3 stars because this location stays well stocked and clean. The pharmacy, on the other hand, has been struggling a bit but seems to be improving. I had previously waited 20 minutes in line, indoors, and my order wasn't ready after doctor placed order 8 hours earlier. I was told to come back in 1 hour and it still wasn't ready. Very frustrating. I did, however, visit again 3 weeks ago and everything went very smoothly. It appears that there is more needed help there now. Update 9/27/22. Added star. Pharmacy is much improved, appears to have increased staff, and operates much more efficiently. The entire store is operating much better.

WORST pharmacy service ever at this pharmacy! I have used Market Street for years and apparently was spoiled with good service. The people in pharmacy were rude, dismissive… would not even take two minutes to look up something. Seemed overly annoyed I even asked a question. They do not take Blue Cross Blue Shield. And they would not help help me at all. I quickly figured out ON MY OWN how to transfer prescriptions because I will not be coming back to this pharmacy. If you don’t want to help people, PLEASE DO NOT be in the health care and helping profession…Get a desk job behind a computer where you don’t have to interact with people. I am appalled at the lack of customer service. And I am not a “Karen” at all so me writing this should speak volumes!

CVS in general is fine, but the way they operate the business at this location is very poor. This is a pretty slow CVS location however, if there are two people in line, expect to wait at least 30 minutes, and be greeted with a person that has poor communication skills. My wife and I use the same Doctor, but get our prescriptions filled at different CVS Pharmacy's. She rarely has issues and her prescriptions are generally filled same day. Because I commute to work in the opposite direction, I chose this pharmacy as the location was more convenient. Every other time I get a prescription sent over they are out of the medicine and it can take a week for them to get it restocked. That is of course if they actually have record of my Doctor sending it over, which they often do not. I've on several occasions had to ask my Doctor to resend it to them. Again My wife and I use the same Doctor. It's very apparent that CVS Headquarters isn't bothered with how poorly this place is run, as their ratings have been terrible for some time. I finally moved pharmacy's, and it's not CVS. They will no longer be getting my business.

This is my go to Pharmacy and due to a recent surgery I have been frequenting the place via the Drive-through. The Pharmacy Manager, Sydney is the best ever. He is very patient, takes his time to respond to every question and goes above and beyond to make things right. If you ever have any problem at the Pharmacy, ask to speak to Sydney the Pharmacy Manager, he is very professional and kind.

CVS inside is what it is, it’s fine and shelves stay stocked which is why I didn’t give it 1 star. The Pharmacy on the other hand is absolutely terrible. I am writing this review as I sit in line for the second time today. First time it took 30 minutes when there was only 2 cars in front of me, one at the window and one waiting in front of me. Here I am again, sitting 2 in front of me and the car at the window hasn’t moved in 10 minutes. I’m not sure what is going on with this CVS but I never had this issue at other locations, even if there was 5 cars in front of me it never took 30 minutes. I know some people will be like “Just go inside!” Trust me, I’ve tried that as well and it still took just as long. Step it up CVS it’s not getting any less populated in this area, it’s only going to get busier. I will say the people have been nice and fairly accommodating when arriving at the window to not be a Karen about the whole thing. Just need to really step up the pace or hire more people.

I haven’t been treated rudely. I honestly feel like everyone is doing their best… HOWEVER….every transaction at this CVS pharmacy has been at least 25 minutes or longer. And I feel like that is insane. I hope they figure out how to be a tad more efficient. Nice people though. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with all the growth this location is seeing.

The pharmacy customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. The drive-thru line almost always take 30+ minutes, even when there are only 4-5 cars in line. Several times a prescription has been sent by the doctor, only to sit in a "in process" status for days with seemingly no movement until I call. Calling the store is one of the worst experiences. I've called on three different occasions, and had a minimum hold time of roughly 8-9 minutes. I am on hold right now, in fact, and it's been over 25 minutes - again, to find out why the prescription ordered yesterday is still "in process". Several occasions, the "reason" for long drive-thru times or hold times has been "we're busy" - Management obviously is not taking appropriate measures to increase staff if that truly is the reason. I'm usually a fairly patience and understanding person, but this is just beyond poor service, and I'll likely be taking my business elsewhere.
