Not much staff around and the ones that were there were not that friendly. The store felt really crowded with stuff. Yesterday when I went to go check out the cashier was leaning over the counter looking at her phone not even acknowledging that I was standing there. I guess whatever was on her phone was more important then doing her job. Rude and Unprofessional!!

The Store Manager and associate with red hair are very rude! They do Not have a nice personality! When you are working with the public, you must me nice and respectful. When checking out, they are talking through their ear pieces to someone else! Thats rude!

This is one of the cleanest Family Dollars in the city, all products are stocked and the customer service at this location is awesome. They always have what i need and will help whenever you ask. I will always shop at this location.

Detra is the worst manager ever! This chick is filled with attitude and want so much respect. Went at 9:00 the doors was locked. They close at 10 pm. Detra yelled at the customer & other employee in the store who let us in and said " I am the manager and the employee do what I tell them to do". She began to order that young lady around flexing her authority over her sending her to the back of the store back to the front. She was on her cell phone barking orders. That young lady was almost in tears. Clearly this Detra chick never held a manager position before and this position has gone to her head. She needs a reality check! All other employees and managers are awesome. This Detra chick is new to the store and needs to learn skills on professionalism and how to treat others. She also needs help in picking out wigs because that wig was a hot mess!

I had live in this area for a lot of years and i had never had bad customer service.I ask for a simple question and I interrupted her to give her more details on what I was looking for and she gave me a smart comment been very rude I told her as a worker she shouldn't be talking or making smart comments like that because I wasn't been rude to you. She just kept talking and mumbling stuff. I ask for her name and she was very rude she didn't want to give it to me. The lady she call her self the manager and she wasn't even wearing a name tag. Very bad experience. I'm never going to that family dollar anymore. Go to dollar tree there more nice polite people.
