I ordered shoes at the store for school on Aug 18, 2022 paid with my debit card. They canceled my order. I called to ask where my refund was they said it would take 3 weeks to send me a check. It’s now Sept 15,2022 and I still haven’t received my refund. I called again and they said it will take up to 3 more weeks! I learned my lesson! If they don’t have your shoes at the store, DONOT order them

I took my niece to find tennis shoes for school today. There were quite a few pairs of Nikes to choose from in the Youth area. The place was organized and clean. The try on spots in the center were clear of any try-on socks. The check out process was great. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. We went with a black pair of Nikes :)

This is the neatest Famous Footwear. The employees here are amazing, seriously. I came in to exchange some Bearpaw Boot's that were wrongfully sent back to me. The service that I received here was untouchable. I don't think it could be better. The two ladies there went above and beyond to make sure this wouldn't happen again. I can't tell all because it's too much to put into word's but, just know here you really are a valued customer.

I was at this store checkout and a lady ahead of me with two kids asked for directions to the bathroom and the female employee behind the register said the bathrooms were locked and she could not unlock it because she was busy; the lady with the kids had to walk out to use a different restroom and I was appalled at the insensitivity of the employee. I voiced my concern to Cody at the adjacent register. Need better supervision, please.

Waited 15 minutes to checkout while the elderly female employees had difficulties with the register. When it was finally my turn, there were no apologies or pleasantries for the wait. During checkout I politely declined to give my contact information. She continually pushed and i had to decline 3 times. Then, a different employee (not even involved in the interaction) SCOFFED at my decision and loudly proclaimed that she “never understands these people.” Incredibly rude customer service. Employees here need to learn to respect a graceful “no, thank you.” I’m appalled, offended, and won’t be returning.

Wonderful. We were looking for a pair of comfy slip on Shoes for my husband. They didn't have them in his size,but were happy to order a pair to be delivered right to my house in a week.

Went in last week late in the evening. The 2 young ladies working here were nice and provided excellent customer service. Do not go to the mall (especially first colony mall) looking for shoes. Here they have a wide variety of shoes for adults and kids. I was especially happy with the Nike selection. Prices here are more realistic and affordable.

The manager is RUDE! I went in to ask a simple question about a return I did in store. She tried to rush us out the store by saying the orders dont always come in together. Which I already know that but that wasnt why i was there. She didnt even bother asking what i needed. Well I was up there because I placed a order online I went into the store to change the size. I only had tracking information for one pair which had came in. The other ones I had no information on. Well after explaining to her that, then she started to sound reasonable. Still she is just plain rude and the faces she makes is unprofessional.....
