Great place to start your day in Salado. Breakfast are sandwich options, coffee options are a variety. Fresh baked goods are delivered daily early in the morning. (Cherry cheesecake!) Staff is friendly and welcoming. I had the veggie breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! Definitely recommend. Drip coffee is strong and just ask barista to leave room at top for add ins.

This place makes a pretty good breakfast sandwich. The Monster was heavy on grease for me but it is very traditional Americana. Great handover sandwich. The pesto sandwich was really good. If they are making the pesto in house I think they need to use a little less oil in their pesto for the sandwich. The flavor was fantastic but it was Juicy from all the olive oil. Having that much oil in both sandwiches isn't a good thing in my opinion. The coffee is decent but nothing to rant about. Pretty standard run of the mill brew. Flavor and profile could be better with a better quality roaster. The flavorings have a chemical taste and smell to them not pairing well with their coffee. The inside decent. Bathroom was dirty and the coffee bar seemed a bit of a wreck. Maybe it's the hipster thing they are bordering with just not my thing. Over all it's ok. I think it could be much better but it will due if you're looking for a standard coffee shop.

I’ve been going to Lively’s here and there since March, but I can tell you I’ve been coming here more simply because of the new manager, Ruth. She is absolutely a sweet and funny young woman. I have seen a lot of change in the quality of food and quality of employees since she arrived. If you haven’t met her, do it! As soon as you walk in, there are extremely friendly employees that greet you and give great recommendations. Everyone there seems like they really do enjoy working there unlike before. I will continue to recommend this coffeehouse time and time again.

Their apple cinnamon toast was delicious. Amazing bread. Ice coffee was great too. I took it to go, but it would have been a cute place to eat at!

I think we caught this bistro on an off day... I'll update this review when we have been back again. When we went, there was one person in line in front of us, but we still waited about 15 minutes to order. The staff seemed to be made up of high school students who didn't want to be there - it felt like an inconvenience to order, and one of the servers brought out food that wasn't ours (after we received our food) and insisted that we take it until the actual owner of the food told her that it was theirs (there was a number on our table - maybe she was told the wrong number? We were all confused because we all had food in front of us already). My friend ordered a smoothie and waited for it at our table until she went inside and found it sitting on the counter (along with 5 or 6 other smoothies - being on the counter is not a problem, but they bring all of the other food to you, so they should let you know to wait for it there). There were lots of tables outside with trash on them, and the bistro wasn't busy, so there was plenty of time to clean them or take the trash inside. The food wasn't bad, but overall the experience wasn't great.

Great sandwich I got the Glazed Pig. A ham sandwich with peppers. It was a little spicy and just a good combo of sweet ham. Come visit! Plus they have coffee

We were so excited to find this place in Salado! We had coffee and lunch here, and the menu was a pleasant change from diner and bar food - more like what you'd find at a bistro in Paris! We had various toasts (what might be called tartines in Paris - open-faced sandwiches) with delightful toppings (think: apple brie and honey, or cream cheese tomato onion and cucumber, or avocado egg and balsamico), a delicious soup, and a very nice grilled cheese. We will be back for sure!

A cute little coffee shop that's tucked away in Salado. It's centered in the middle of plenty shoppes, so there's a lot to see while enjoying some coffee. There's a decent amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. Customer service is always good, no complaints here. I didn't get any pictures of the inside (there was a lot of people and I didn't want them feeling uncomfortable by me taking pictures). They have plenty of options when it comes to food. You can get sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. Last time, I ordered the turkey melt sandwich accompanied with some tomato soup. For my coffee, I've been getting the iced pumpkin pancake latte, which is absolutely delicious. I hope they keep that on the menu long-term. I always make it a habit to grab some coffee here every time I visit Salado! Definitely a must try.

We had a great experience dining here. It is a lovely little bistro with cute, cozy decor, serving fresh and delicious salads and sandwiches! I absolutely loved their veggie sandwich and potato salad, I ordered it twice because it was so good! Highly recommend this place!
