the manager, jay, was extremely helpful just now over the phone. i was having problems with my android system and he helped me the best he could and i was going to come in but his instructions were great and we got the problem situated. i appreciated his patients and his help, such a wonderful person who deliver wonderful customer service. thank youu !!

Boost Mobile has awful service, not only do my calls get dropped but my text messages don't go thru and Internet is slow. Don't waste your time! Metro PCS was the best service for me.

This place sucks!! I went in to take advantage of the deal they were offering of switching carriers and receive a iPhone when you bring your number to boost believe me I’m happy with this offer!! It’s the sales men at this location I’m unhappy with! completely dishonest I was so excited about finally being able to afford a iPhone I didn’t notice he put the wrong glass protector and sold me the wrong case for my phone until it was to late. it wasn’t until a couple of days later I noticed I cant plug my headphones in while the case is on. and the plastic protection on the back Is slightly covering the top of the lens of the camera. And about the glass screen protector completely wrong also I just noticed I have glass covering my selfie camera!! Completely deceitful employees here!! When making my purchase they were the ones who persuaded me in to buying the case in the screen protector knowing dang well they were the wrong ones!! He put the glass protector and the case on so I know he had to have noticed they were the wrong ones!! Completely ruined the fun of buying my iPhone!! Do not recommend this store to anyone with these employees there dishonest!! Go to another boost mobile the deal I got was awesome!!
