A really great location and very helpful staff. I think Amanda whose probably was the manager, had helped me get a 5G phone from an upgrade to the point I didn't had to spend to much in such a quick time! And the phone is fantastic since I'm using it as I'm typing this in! Thanks again Amanda, and for throwing the earphones in as well! She's looking out for y'all people!! She tried catching me with a smile

Has a bit of a mom-and-pop feel. The lady I dealt with spoke spanish, but I can't speak for all the employees. Something to keep in mind is that there is an upcharge for paying your bill in person, but I think that is a Boost policy.

Did not like paying bill here, they were trying to charge me an extra 5.00 for making a payment at that store!! Was waiting for some assistance, while customers came in and made payments, they were only charged the 50.00 for unlimited!!

Awful service I just needed my account number . employee told me to dial 611 but couldn't get through to the operator .I asked if he can help and he was like you can do it yourself. I asked why couldn't he do it ? Or if he can just give me the 1800 number cuz I couldn't do it through the 611 and he raised his voice at me . also they were two nice woman asking him if you can do it for me and gave me such a hard time getting my information so awful and rude I couldn't believe boost mobile hired this person to make customers happy cuz for sure he should get fired for what he did to me today
