The young gentleman who helped me was very very nice. If I ever have to go back to a Metro store I will be going back to this one. The young man was all by himself and was working 2 registers at the same time. Great job

Very pleased !!! I have been going through a lot and my phone was a thorn in my ear!! Karim and Pac were both outstanding ever time I went to store,!! As always, the service and attention I recieve from all workers is exceptional, and makes me feel welcome as a customer to come by for any concerns or issues I have. The ones who hired the workers at Valley Hi have a keen eye for good workers, and also deserve commendation.

Was going to switch to Metro from Cricket at this store, but the phone I wanted was not in stock. Went to New Laredo Highway location and for the same phone and service, was $12 less than this location. Not cool trying to charge me more!
