My mom and I went back in September for an upgrade and were helped by Adela. She speaks Spanish which was a plus, especially because whenever I translate, I tend to miss some important stuff. Adela helped me for a couple of weeks regarding some issues that arose when I upgrade phones and an apple watch. She communicated effectively and ensured everything was resolved! I have been with T-mobile for over seven years and Adela has probably been the most helpful representative to have assisted me!

Went to C about WiFi.... came out with this awesome little wireless gadget absolutely no wires except for the outlet connection.... what a relief from spectrum

I enjoyed the service at this t-mobile store the reps were very knowledgeable and nice. I didn't give it a 5 star because on 9/24/22, they didn't have a way for customers to sign in to get seen by a rep. So there was one guy who waited there for 2 hours. Then myself I got seen in 20 min. I didn't know he was a customer until he said loudly, 'I've been waiting for 2 hours to be helped!' I thought he was on a business call and worked there. But there was no paper or computer for signing yourself in and no way of knowing who was going to be helped first. I think if they had a system like great clips where you can sign in online or in store and it shows who is next on a monitor, that would help all the reps out. But as far as the service from reps was it was very good. Fey helped me that day and was very patient with my issues and concerns. I got a new plan and a new phone and an upgrade. Thanks.

The employee's were very unhelpful. Being a senior and not tec savvy I went to a T-MOBILE service center to get help in changing to the new sim card. Unfortunately I've not been able to locate the area where the instructions say to make the change. I waited for close to an hour only to be told to call and that they will help me? Hell, I can't even locate the pin hole to make the changes. If a senior comes to one of the stores help them out. If this is the type of service afforded to senior's then it's a very poor example of compassion.
