Had reserved a truck rental at 9 AM. We arrived and the business owner literally shooed us away from the door and said he was closed and claimed he was not working today, to call the 1800 number. We end up on the phone for 1 hour waiting for them to pick up to direct us how to use the lockbox and get keys for the truck. I understand it’s a small business, and he’s setting his boundaries. But if there isn’t going to be people working on a weekend then there should be instructions prior to pick up. We got charged for time and weren’t able to even utilize it.

Rented a U-Haul here for 2 days at a price of 120(Plus insurance) it ran great and got the job done. The older man was really nice.

I wouldn't suggest going here. I arrived to pick the truck up and they tried to charge me for a dolly and $400 worth of padding I didn't order. When I dropped the truck off the following day (Sunday) I had to wait for 2 hours for the owner to show up as my car was blocked in. Which the owner told me where to park my car. Then the following day I received the bill. I was charged for the dolly. over 90 miles I didn't drive and $10 more than advertised for the truck. This was two and a half months ago. The owner of this location has refused any communication from me and U-Haul. Don't go here

Customer service needs improvement. Very rude experience picking up. Dropping off was another guy who was very nice.

This place is like a blast from the past. The gentleman who runs the place is very nice. They opened up 15 minutes late but overall, the place is good. As Uhaul experiences go, it was better than most.

We have rented UHaul trucks from this establishment twice in the past year. The trucks were newer, clean, and ran like a dream. Great service and nice people.
