Got my car detailed here last week. I did take it back after the first go, but they made it right and treated us respectfully. I was pleased with the extra care they took in making an older car feel new again. The price was reasonable and they put alot of time and effort into their work.

Customer service was nice. They did a fair job on car detail. There was a little too much armor all used as there were several places that were greasy, slick and running in the interior. They vacuumed areas were spotty with several areas left untouched.

Came in for an oil change and detail. Found out both front and back brakes needed changed. Heading to the mountains Friday, so this info may have saved my life. No one else ever checked the brakes when I got an oil change or mentioned they needed to be done. Thank you guys for letting me know.

My car looked good but, they missed up under my wind guard ( it wasn't cheep) and if CCW would add more than one person working on the vehicle they would move faster and I wouldn't have sat there for 2 hrs. I like the place. Just be ready to be patient

Outside of the car was clean. I also needed the inside detailed. I'm really disappointed in what I received. I couldn't bring myself to mention it to the sweet older gentleman that cleaned my car but I honestly could've done a better job myself at home. I expected more with the "good" reviews yall had. The job was basically half done, with debris still in all the cup holders etc. It's like they did a quick wipe down and called it good. Extremely disappointed and was charged roughly $40.

I went here to get my car detailed. The detail job was terrible. There was debris still on the carpets that you could easily pick up. They left puddles of some sort of liquid all in the cup holders. There was dust still all over my dash. They do a quick wipe down and an amateur vacuum job. When I brought it to the managers attention he was very rude and grabbed the sweet girl who took the order and sort of yelled at the both of us. Almost like he was trying to embarrass me into saying it was okay to leave. I will never come back here. I felt rushed and I could of done a better detail job- which I ended up doing. A HUGE waste of $60 dollars. Service: Auto detailing

Also there are guys standing around while others are trying to dry and clean vehicles. If they are not going to help then they need to move on and stop hindering the process. One side of my daughter's car was wiped and the other side looked like it had not been washed or cleaned. Ya'll have got to do better. I used to love getting my car washed here, but now...I might as well do it myself or take it somewhere else.

Not money well spent when they didn’t even wipe down the center console. Passenger seat still has dirt on it. Didn’t reinstall the floor mats to anchor points and the rear mat was just tossed in not placed as they found it. I’m not nagging but it’s the little things that set a company apart from the rest.
