Scott always does such an incredible job on my hair. The first time I came in I hadn't been able to have an actual haircut in seven years, had just been hacking split ends off with kitchen scissors. I was honestly embarrassed by the state of my hair and he was so sweet and took such good care fixing it up. I go in every months now and he always takes the time to fully style it as well as cut it, I always leave feeling like I look amazing, and I finally have the hairstyle of my dreams!

This is my first bad review that I have ever written. The stylist was finishing up with 2 other customers when I came in at my appointment time which is fine because I’m understanding so I was patiently waiting, however this cause my stylist to rush through my haircut. The stylist didn’t show me the back of my hair or I would’ve said something. I have never experienced a haircut this bad even at great clips. I’m so disappointed that I won’t be going back there to get it fixed or ever again. I paid $57 plus a tip that was more than 20%. Because I have to get it fixed somewhere else I want a full refund.

I wanted someone to help color match me for some foundation. The girl didn't know anything about Este Lauder which was fine but would have rather her found someone else to help than to just hand me 3 bottles and point to the testing counter where I could try them myself. I decided to leave and go to Dillard's where they were able to color match me.

This Ulta is the BEST. Liz Bruso helped me figure out that Clinique had discontinued my foundation. She then helped me find the closet matching and explained it all to me. Lastly, she took the tester bottle for my prior foundation choice and squeezed the remainder into sample jars for me to have since it was no longer going to be offered. So helpful!!

Booked an appointment for a standard cut and a few face framing pieces that were not too drastic or too short. As shown the photo the service provider left one side of my hair chopped and uneven and didn’t fully blow dry my hair. When the provider went to show me what products she used on my hair I privately told her my hair is uneven and short on only one side. She assured me that only I would notice it and brushed it off making it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. I found this unacceptable and soon asked for a manager. She asked what I wanted her to do and told me that she couldn’t make my hair grow back which left a little bit of a sour taste in my mouth. In the end the manager was able to even out the other side of my hair but I left with nothing close to what I wanted. If you want a hair cut I would urge you to go elsewhere.

This location is conveniently 2 min from my home and I had just gotten into a splurge moment so I naturally go to ulta. Walking in I was greeted by friendly staff and asked if I needed any assistance. Jayda was a life saver let me tell you, this girl knows her products and she did not hesitate to give me her recommendations 😌 Plus she squeezed me in for my first ever brow waxing which I was a bit hesitant but she assured me it will be great! And she was NOT lying! I have never had perfectly shaped brows in my whole life and she filled them with the gimmie brow and I am absolutely over the moon! Thank you lady! Will Definitely be coming back!

Went in for my first ever brow waxing, had no idea what I was doing. Jayda walked me through the whole thing, the whole thing was just *astoundingly* pleasant! And of course my brows look great now. Definitely recommended!
