Pulled up in drive thru had to wait at least 5mins before ordering .... Then get order taken and she didnt even. Understand my order and then gave me 2 small burgers with lg fries an lg drinks.... Then then remade my meals and they were still wrong.... So i tried contacting the store 3xtimes and no answer..... So i reached out to another location just to get guidance on how to properly reach them since they ignored my calls once they got a hold of me she couldnt refund my order or replace it and my order was over $20.00+ im very upset with this situation on top of that everyone that had orders were upset ..... This needs to be addressed because this is the reason business's cant progress because instead of people wanting to work they have people there to just get money instead of people that want to work.... Multiple people says the same thing.... i hate it i even went there never again will i go to this location ever again because staff just don't care I wanted Only mayo, lettuce, tomatos, and onions This is ridiculous

I spend over $22. For some Coldplay as hell fry and burger I calles them but what you tha there f^$$phone don't work 🤬😡🍔🍿 the comp need to chg the name to Coldplay burger and fry

Food was good but I told them it was for dine in. They put it in a sack with no ketchup packets. There were no ketchup packets out on the counters. They should have put my food on a tray not in a paper sack.

The African American lady at the drive through window was Soo unprofessional and rude. I was there on 8-3-2022 at 9:30 pm . Lady just had ugly look in her face didn't say a single word to us or nothing.

Mobile drive thru orders need to go inside.. for pick up so you have to go through the entire line then go inside and wait again. Will never come to this place again.

I long haul for a living. It’s not like I can drive me Semi though the drive through so I found a place to park. I walked over there to get lunch. Was told only drive through is able to take card, it’s cash only inside. Asked if they can just take my card to pay at the register that takes card since I don’t have cash. The front staff said no because the register was all the way back there. I even told them I couldn’t drive my semi though drive through. They didn’t care. Pretty cool experience I guess.

Y'all really fighting for $15 an hour when you can't even do a minimum wage job? It's one thing to forget to not put ice in my drink. I understand that muscle memory takes over. But I ordered 2 meals, clarified that they were meals at the ordering menu, and they still just put burgers in there. Staff is incompetent.

Was an employee there for less then two weeks! Some are the mangers are very rude and disrespectful! You have mangers that's don't know how to build on the build table! As an shirt time employee there was no one there to train me properly and I was being placed in different sections without having sure knowledge on the first area I was placed in. Was told by another team member it would be the last time I help you when she messed up an order. Not only that was promise a certain pay and hours and I was given a fraction of that... I wouldn't recommended no one to work for this location unless you want to take anti depressants

I normally hate this location on New Road as they are always slow & mess up orders. Tonight made a last minute decision to go and was pleasantly suprised to have Zena wait on us. She was super friendly, offered suggestions and was knowledgable about what toppings were on the burgers. She suggested a few newer sandwiches that we had not tried (its been awhile since I walked into a BK) She was amazing!! I may have to start going to this location again.

I received exceptional service along with phenomenal food 🥘 for an amazing value. Their 5 for $4.00 is outstanding! Great for busy travelers and families. 🙏🏻 They have complied with the safety concerns of the public and have a policy that states they will not take walk up orders. #burgerisamazing #blessed2eat #👨👨👦👦👩👧👧👑
