11/27/22. Reading some of the comments I thought they were talking about the Popeye's in Bellmeade. That one is bad. This one on Valley Mills at least during this visit and usual other times my family has come here the drive through folks were pleasant and food good.

We waited 7 minutes for the chicken sandwich, which is fine. Although additionally I had ordered 8piece spicy chicken nuggets with red beans and rice, I received 3 pieces of dark meat chicken, not spicy and cold fries. Oh well, better luck next time.

RAW CHICKEN BEWARE!!! Got $35 worth of raw tenders and nuggets in the drive thru on 10/22/22 while trying to eat with my family before work. When I called and requested a refund I told them I had to go to work and that I wouldn’t be able to come back up to the store till tomorrow. They told me I had to come in that day for a refund/remake or there was nothing they could do. I love how this conveniently became a rule once I mentioned to them how I don’t get off work till midnight, well after they close. Ended up being left with $35 worth of raw chicken in my fridge and a empty stomach at work. Popeyes has, in general gone to trash since Al Copeland passed away but I’ve never just straight up received raw chicken before. Please avoid this place. Your health (and wallet) depends on it.

Ashley, Martin and Little Baby were awesome and fantastic. it was the most fun my wife and i have had in a while. everyone was super friendly and joking around with us. we can't say enough about what a joy it was for us to be their. so much so that next weekend i'm going to bake 2 dozen of my chocolate chip cookies and take it to my new friends. Popeyes is very lucky to have these three as employees. They work very hard and yet had everyone smiling and laughing and that included 7 other customers. My wife and i will continue going back for the fantastic chicken but more than anything for the company of our new friends. Ashley, Martin and Little Baby have a blessed and fantastic week. I am laid up at home and sent my granddaughter to get me food. Your staff at the order menu were extremely rude to her and didn’t even make an effort to fill her order. She ordered spicy and was told there was none. That’s ridiculous. Usually you are told how long before spicy would be ready. Also, the attendant did not speak clearly. Popeyes on Valley Mills in waco is horrible....I keep coming back to give them a chance to serve better quality food but every time it's the same thing... fries are ice cold chicken under cooked the only good thing is the beans and rice that's really why I keep going back but I'm tired of cold fries and undercooked chicken.... someone needs to take over that store that actually cares... the young lady that took my order was very nice but I did hear her make the comment that's she's tired of being the only one that's busting her you know what while everyone else does nothing. I spent 16.59$ on this food that was not good...stay away from this location... if you want Popeyes go to temple tx store they got good service and food there. I added a photo of the undercooked chicken tenders.

Raw chicken, cold food, flavorless dry rice (1 bean in the entire bowl), and rude employees. Was told they don't carry salt and pepper or tartar sauce. And I've been throwing up since 20 minutes after we left. Might want to avoid the food poisoning.

The cashier is a great guy... Not sure what his name is/was but I was a little short on money and he helped me out more than he even knows. God bless you sir, I'll be back for sure! The place is really clean also. UPDATE: The cashiers name is Charles.. I've been back and there is nothing more to say her she all the other employees are awesome and the food is spectacular.. try the biscuits 😉

The chicken sandwich was AmAzInG—watch out Chick fil A! Service was friendly and food was very fresh. Dining room was a little messy, tables needed cleaning, condiments were not stocked, but overall we’ll be back!

They didn’t have anything!!!!I had a coupon for a 10 piece and fries. We only got 4 biscuits and leftover chicken they had. They didn’t have tenders, fries, Mac and cheese, or rice. They only had mashed potatoes…. They said they haven’t had a truck in weeks which is crazy. They only had chicken breast… who likes chicken breast Ik i don’t. I’m not a happy camper.
