I was here around 9:05 p.m. 31 Oct 2022. The gentleman working the drive through offered exceptional service! Not many people are as patient as he is, and he even took the time to open the door for me as he hurried out to deliver an order. The food was hot and very tasty. A+ Popeye! Parking: Free parking on site.

I LOVE Popeyes Chicken. And in the past, this has been a good place. But the SERVICE has plummeted completely. Slow… Incorrect on simple order… Had to return to correct order…. Instead receiving an apology, I was told that I should have gotten out of my car and come inside…..

I decided to try this location on Eldorado Blvd. I was not pleased with the chicken. It was overfried, hard and not seasoned properly. The mild was seasoned but it tasted different from the Popeyes Mild I'm used to and the spicy had a weird taste as well. The sides tasted pretty good. Maybe it was just a bad day. Lets get some good experienced cooks in there. I would say Popeyes on Main street in League City got them beat for now. And Popeyes, bring back the dirty rice!

I ordered a 5 piece tenders… got a 2 piece leg and thigh. How are fast food workers going to ask to make $15 an hour you can’t even get a simple order right. Literally the only ones in the drive through… disappointed at this location.

There's never enough gravy on my mashed 🥔 n when I ask for them to b sure there's gravy. They charge me a fee that's fine. But still the same amount of gravy. Smh. A spoonful of gravy isn't gonna work for me.

I recently went there and was helped by a Rodney or Ronnie (my hearing isn't so good) He and the other staff acted as professionals and I got my food quickly and it was hot and crispy. I have had good experiences with them in the past and will return. Sometimes I in the past had to wait a bit but the food I got was hot, crispy, and crunchy as one would expect

9:30 PM on a Sunday evening extremely busy with a line of cars that go beyond the borders of the drive-thru -- no chicken, no chicken strips, no biscuits only nuggets and red beans & rice. No effort to replenish any of these things. A very testy manager. We were extremely disappointed. If this were my franchise, we would have made sure that every customer was served. At 10PM an employee should go to the parking lot and put a traffic cone or partition at the end of the line.

I was in a long line of cars, but the line moved very quickly. I got my 2 2-piece specials and a large Red Beans and Rice and was home devouring it before it had a chance to cool off. Delicious as always! Update: went again today, 3 months later, and lines were still long, but the chicken was still delicious. Win!!
