I was lucky enough to redeem my free chicken sandwich with the Astros winning the World Series. Yea playground is currently closed inside so that was a bummer but food was excellent per normal.

I came in to talk a manager name Juan Santos was very rude to me rushing me out of the drive thru line he wouldn't help me with my points told me that he didn't know how to do it I came inside to ask him again he ingnore me and told me to talk to a cashier I told him I would like to speak to help he refuse I will be calling the General manager in the morning

Horrible experience that undermines the mission of Chick-fil-A, Inc. This location is dismissive of first responder service to the community. If you are a public servant, you will be treated with disrespect. There was no customer service after our order was taken.

Called to place an order for a Highschool Band....was going to spend at least $800 towards this order....the gentleman who answered the phone was not very accommodating, acted as if he didn't even want to take the order, prompted me to use the app instead to place the order but it wasn't working, told me he couldn't accept my tax exemption, told me Chick Fila doesn't deliver veggie wraps, after finally placing the order he called me back to cancel and said they had to many orders and to call another Chick Fila in the area!!!🙄Never had a bad experience until this happened with this Chick Fila and the Friendswood Chick Fila on the same day mind you!!! But League City Chick Fila was awesome!!

I absolutely hate coming to this chick fil a. As much as I love the delicious food this location is nothing but a thorn in my side. I have a gluten allergy and 9 out of 10 times I come here I am given a nasty attitude by the Manager Andrea, no joke its happened on more than one occasion. She rushes, doesn't trouble shoot issues herself with customers or complaints, and even responded coldly when I had asked for a gluten free bun after getting the wrong bun not once but 3 different times in the same visit. I understand its frustrating as I use to help manage and operate 3 different locations myself. As a manager I never treated people so coldly and unprofessionally. I would have been fired on the spot for not servicing such a small issue with such hostility. Because their lack of accountability and poor communication skills I will go to other various locations. Not worth it.

DELICIOUS food and AWESOME staff!!! Always eat here and also pick up ubereats orders and these workers at this location are like family to me! Had the breakfast for the first time today and it was amazing! Beautiful appearance as well! They are fast at the drive through and curbside!

Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Very fast service. I would eat French fries here every day if I could! They have great selections of salad as well. Frosted lemonade is a must. In the summer, they had kids events en Tuesday’s, we just went once, and it was a great experience. Their kids area are designed for 5 and less which makes it very convenient for families with young children.
