I only buy their clothes when it’s on a big sale! Their clothes are cute but for the price the quality it’s definitely too pricy ($30-70) Pictures are the dress I bought for just a day. If you want a cute outfit without caring the quality, go for it!

I would not recommend shopping here. I bought my wife a dress here. It didn’t fit so we went to take it back, knowing we wouldn’t get a full refund where it had been a month since we bought it, but we were told that it’s their policy they don’t do ANY kind of a return after 2 weeks. Do you see that on this receipt? No you don’t.

I use to like this store but I purchased a dress and discovered how ridiculous their return policy is. Can’t even get an exchange after 30 days even with proof of purchase and the exact dress is still on the rack priced the same. I’ve never been to another store with such a outrageous exchange/return policy.

I came to get a dress with my friend and everyone there was SUPER KIND! It made my day to have the service an employee gave me and my friend. I didn't feel like she was overbearing like some clothing stores that just try to sell you into a dress. And bonus points to the blonde that spelled my name right on the dressing room! ;)

I bought a dress from here that looked white in the picture. When it arrived, it was clearly cream/tan. The picture was not an accurate depiction and there was no description to help me know that it was actually tan.

I unknowingly bought a dress with a bent button, which made it so the jumper/dress couldn't be snapped closed on one shoulder. I called and explained, but they said since I had taken the tag off, there was nothing they could do. This store has cute dresses and clothing, but I will not shop there again. I prefer a place that will atleast switch out a defective dress for one that is wearable.

I bought a dress there and wore it for the first time. Within an hour of wearing it, it started to fray and the fabric started falling apart at the seam (the seam didn’t rip, the fabric just fell apart). Because I had removed the tag, they won’t let me return it even with obvious defects. The dress is cute but it most definitely isn’t worth more than $10 (the store price was $65) and I am appalled by the low quality of their clothing. I will never shop here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone else. You could get something of better quality at Forever 21 (given I wouldn’t recommend shopping there either given the quality of their clothes), and that’s saying something.

Wish I could accurately describe how poorly we were treated in this store. Purchased multiple bride’s made dresses from them. We were told they were clearance items being sold at a discounted price but then were charged full price. We were told we couldn’t buy the “damaged” dress on the rack that was tried on in the dressing room but when the “same size” dress was put on at home it fits completely differently. After repeated phone calls and messages weren’t returned we went back to the mall to simply trade the brand new dress for the “damaged one” on the rack. we were told that they couldn’t trade us for a damaged dress. Customer “No Service” at MikaRose !! I’ll make sure no one I know ever buys from you again!!

THE cutest store in the mall! Great style, and great customer service! I came in the other day to find an outfit for family pictures. The employees were eager to help. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but the bubbly girl at the entrance (I think her name was Victoria?) walked me through the store and showed me some of the latest styles and what was popular (I ended up buying one of the dresses she showed me). And then the girl by the dressing rooms (I think her name was Baylee?) was ready to help out when I needed different sizes, and was very nice. Though I've never met those girls before, it felt like I was shopping with a friend. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience, I had to share it. They just made my day!

Love this place! Went here looking for a bridesmaid dress for myself, and found about 20 dresses in the right color. Lots of options if you need a certain color of dress, or want a variety of styles in the same color scheme. The girls working there were very helpful and sweet.
