After having to call three times they finally answered and informed me that no matter what I did I was looking at at least a 45 minute wait 45 minutes later I was still waiting and I called back and was told I had an hour wait from that point I was done with it at that point and called an Uber don't even know what I was thinking trying to call regular taxi it's just cuz their number was on the board right in front of me at the hospital

We were staying at a hotel near the airport to be able to use their shuttle. The shuttle was full so at the last minute I had to call Sallah for a ride. He came and picked us up at 4am for our flight, we had arranged the ride the night before at 9pm. The rate was fair and service was good. Would recommend.

wonderful company. prior to flying, I asked multiple questions and got prompt responses. The drivers were on time and even a few minutes early for my transportation back to the airport. would highly recommend and the price was more reasonable compared to other companies.

First time using slc airport shuttle. I made the reservation over email and received confirmation. Ask for salah! He was our driver and he was prompt, on time, great with communication on phone and email, and was waiting when we arrived to slc airport to hit the slopes. Thanks so much

Set up our rides quick and easy over email. We hadn't traveled through SLC Airport yet so we were about 10 minutes later than expected but our driver was so patient! Very safe driving and got us to our hotel in no time. Would highly recommend this company for reliable, surprisingly affordable, safe rides to the airport.

The driver was very professional and polite. He was a great driver and they were cheaper than lyft. He had to call me back to let me know if they were available and hit took him like 2 minutes which was awesome.

Update to response from Salah via email asking me to remove my review: Your disappointed in my comment for accurately describing your service? We had confirmed a time with you as our driver. Other drivers were not our issue and their schedule didn’t have us on it, yours did, confirmed. We scheduled with you, confirmed with you more than once, and it was later than 30 minutes. I can send/post the exact time with call history and text and emails if needed. Original review: I scheduled a two day concert transportation ride with Salah through this company. Day one was great, right on time, no issues! We confirmed for the second night, but let him know we’re going to ride with some friends we met the night before the the concert the second night, but still want to schedule to for pickup from the concert. He said no problem and we confirmed Friday night when he picked us up from the concert. Saturday I sent an email just to again confirm our pickup time for the concert and make sure we were on the schedule. Salah confirmed in writing for pickup at 2:15 am. At 1:30 am I get a text asking if we are ready as he is there. I say no, but we can leave now if it works better for him as I know the Saltair is a ways away from anything. He says no problem take your time and see you at 2:15. About 1:50 I come out and call him only to find out he left and won’t be back until 2:45am. He finally shows up about 3, but then let’s another group into the cab and says he’s going to take them instead. I told him no, we have it agreed and scheduled in writing for a private cab tonight. We shared the cab with the other party with extreme reluctance from Salah, but he was going to leave us stranded at 3am. Just very unprofessional and upset he still charged us only $5 less for the shared 30 min cab ride after being 45 mins late...
