I came in on a Friday and set up an appointment for the following Monday, January 3rd. I set the appointment for 11:00AM. Was running 5 minutes late so I called them… literally 17 times and no one picked up. How can you be a bank as big as Wells Fargo and not even be able to pick up the phone?? Then I showed up, and the doors are locked when everything online says they are open. Bankers inside were even looking at me from the inside. “F” this place, for real.

Biggest joke of a bank. We run millions of dollars every year with our business and have never had a problem with ANY other bank depositing money into a customer's Bank account but these jokers will give you the run around telling you a reason why they won't accept it then tell you what to do to fix it, but when you do it EXACTLY how they say and go back only for them tell to you they won't deposit our money into their account. Even told me they'd call or customer to see if it's ok if we give him money. To which I said that works for us only for the teller to say oh I can't do that. Why would you say you can if you aren't going to? What kind of bank refuses to allow money to be deposited to them? We've done the exact same deposits from the exact same account with the same checks into Wells Fargo accounts this way for over a decade and suddenly this year they started telling us randomly they won't do it but then other times they will with ZERO reasoning behind it. only reason Wells Fargo gets 2 stars is because I've only give 1 Star to one business ever and that business is by far worse than Wells Fargo which is surprising considering gall they have to blatantly waste people's time.

I had a good experience in their drive thru the other day. The man at the window was very friendly, very helpful, and very fast. I might be tempted to make this branch my new favorite!

Need to work on customer service. Wells Fargo as a whole need to change the way it helps customer that are making a deposit or withdraw. There is always one employee what they call service supervisor that just stand there and watches the line of customers grow. At other business where they care about there customer ie retail and grocery store the service supervisor will get on a register and help out their customer. Instead of just looking at them and saying hello, or distracting the employees working.

Best Wells Fargo I've ever been to. I work for a company that deals with Wells Fargo on a daily basis. This one by far is the most professional one I've ever been too with a greeter at the door directing the traffic making the wait time a lot more bearable.

Never have I ever had a bad experience with Wellsfargo's customer service until I started coming to this Wellsfargo at South Towne. I've always received excellent service from Wellsfargo and to my surprise I encountered myself with an unprofessional and rude worker here. I have never posted a review in my life, which shows how much frustration I have had from this certain worker. I do not know this workers name but rest assured I will never be coming to this Wellsfargo again. Its a shame how a company's name I have never once encountered problems with are overturned because of one rude and unprofessional worker.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo since they bought out First Security here in Utah. They have great products and good service. They always try to sell sell sell you new products or services, but if you get around that they do a good job.

I am a long time Wells Fargo customer. Been banking with them for years. Somethings about the company are good and some are bad. With regards to this branch, i have gone here a number of times. Parking hasn't been much of a problem but because of the location of the drive-thru it does reduce available parking spaces, but i have never not found a place to park. The service has always been quick. This includes both drive-thru and inside. They have always been very friendly and courteous. One neg i have of this location is just getting to the branch from state street. Sometimes I have to make a U-turn because I usually coming northbound on state. There isnt really a entry way from state in my opinion but really this is beyond wells fargo's control.
