Routine oil changes are made very easy here. The staff are all super kind, and although they were fairly busy this morning, they still got me in and out quickly. 10/10 recommend this location over some of other Utah County locations. Service: Oil change

They did a fine job on the oil change and state emission and renewal. But the up selling is pretty through the roof. And when I’ve asked them the last two times. They have refused to rotate and balance my tires. Now I have a bad vibration and my alignment is starting to go out. So I will be going to a different service center for my oil changes and rotations from now on. Service: Oil change

The Springville jiffy lube location has been my favorite so far. The staff are very welcoming and actually want to help me out. This moats time I went to change my oil, they told me the sticker I had was wrong and wasn’t due for a change for another 100 miles and topped it off. When I came back for the oil change they were fast and even cleaned key areas inside/outside my car. I’m glad there are auto technicians like this and will keep coming back to this jiffy lube location Service: Oil change

When getting an oil changed asked them about my air filter cause the AC wasn't blowing very well. They assured me that they checked it and it was fine after getting home I checked the air filter and it was very dirty and had leafs in it that fell out when I opened it. Highly doubt they got in there in the 5 miles away we drove home. 8 bucks at AutoZone and ac is fine. Had I believe them would have taken the car in to find out the issue.

I didn’t have my wallet with me and there was some confusion as to why my company vehicle was not showing up on our account, which was my only way to pay for the service that had been performed. I was the last car of the day , but they let me just call the next day and pay it over the phone with my company credit card. Really great customer service. Service: Oil change

I stopped in to check fluid levels, in particular the coolant, tire pressure and other items as we are from Calgary Canada and we have a long drive back. The man that helped me was incredibly professional and helpful. He thoroughly explained the services they did. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. If I was local I would use this shop again and again.

Very quick and courteous. Came from out of town visiting relatives and not had my oil changed for over 10,000 miles. I pulled in at 5:10 pm and even though they close at 6:00pm, they said no problem. They had a nice air condoned waiting room. I saw an add for Penzoil full synthetic that would send me a $25 gift card if I chose this service ( only $10 more than regular synthetic). They not only did the change but topped off other fluids, and washed all windows and vacuumed the interior. All in half an hour. Very pleased!!!! Service: Oil change

They get the job done quick and there are always coupons to take advantage of. They also take care of my father's fleet of trucks and do a pretty good job there too. Rarely ever a line to get serviced too, so the only waiting you do is in the waiting room with the delicious free popcorn!

These guys were great. I went to my local Spanish Fork jiffy lube and they had a 2 hour wait so I called Springville and they got me right in. I needed emissions and registration as well as oil change. They made sure I was aware of everything they were doing, treated me and my vehicle respectfully, and were friendly. I’ll be going here from now on even with a little extra drive. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement
