Horrible customer service. I spent more than one hour there and ended up leaving the place with none of the services I was looking for. The associate offered me to update my plan to take advantage of a promotion. Changed my plan just to later let me know he gave me the wrong prices and he won’t honor them even when it was his mistake. He didn’t check the availability of the Internet devices and after waiting he told me he didn’t have anymore. He told me to go to another store or call T-Mobile myself. He did not offer a solution neither to check the availability in the other stores. Horrible customer service!!!

Store recently reopened after being closed for renovation and looks really good inside. I want to thank the staff members there for their help on fixing (and still working with me now) to ensure that my phone is in working condition. THANK YOU TO KEENAN, YOHANA AND DALE! I appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the 3 of your gentleman with my phone issue. I'm confident that you guys will have me completely up and running by tomorrow.

5 big stars for the service in this T-Mobile store. A big thank you to Yohana and Jasmine for the expert service. They made us feel so welcome, also when we unfortunately had to hand in our home wifi since it didn’t work optimal for us.

Zero stars if I could. The customer service is horrible. I needed to purchase a new screen protector and put it on. There were three technicians with two clients. They don't greet me and I wait 5 minutes for them to tell me that they are too busy to allow me to make a purchase. Amazon will get my purchase.

I stopped by this location to grab a new phone on my way to work and had a great experience with Reuben. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and had me in/out of the store in 20 min = New phone, case, screen protector and sim-card transfer. I need to come back for some other file transfer stuff but would def recommend him to anyone else who has had "issues" with staff. Thanks again -christian

They completely botched my phone's migration from Verizon to T-Mobile. Avoid them if possible. My problem is still not fixed after 4 days.

This facility has outstanding customer service!!! I purchased a Samsung 6 and tablet using a particular promotion. However a month later, I found out my purchase was not covered by the promotion. The store manager Luis, honored the promotion and credited my account. What a trustworthy group of people.
