I have been to other European wax centers with great experiences but this place had the worst experience. The AC didnt work so it was very hot in the place. Everyone's appointments were running about an hour behind so we all sat in this hot place waiting forever. My appointment was at 4 I didnt get called back until 5. It might have been an off day but it seemed like the manager did not care. I'm just not going to be going back there. Also, the wax job wasnt done very well. The waxer definitely felt rushed and I left patchy. I'm pregnant so I could not tell until I got home but i ended up having to figure out a way to shave patches anyway.

I understand companies advertise n send out offers to try to get customers but there’s a thin line between promoting n scamming. This company will send u multiple offers for free services that are unredeemable in the area. You have my info n location in your system because the email starts by saying haven’t seen you in a while. They send the offer but when you book the service is not free. When I called to inquire they blame corporate n offer 10 dollars off which makes it worse. Then when you find a location that will accept the offer someone that I had talked to prior about the false advertisement called and canceled the appointment from the Williamsburg location. This is very misleading. I guess they want you to book then receive the service thinking it’s free then when you received the service they charge you. Furthermore I stop goin because the waxers I experienced don’t know what they are doing. The facilities appears to be very inviting and kept up but when you get to the back it’s another story. I would compare EWC to a fast food restaurant that you can find on any corner.

Shay was one of the best waxers I’ve ever had! She was very informative and gave me a great experience. She was also very quick, but did a great job removing all of the hair! Recommended great products as well and was very knowledgeable about what would help my skin. I would definitely recommend her!
