Absolutely HORRIBLE! One of the WORST banks ever, it's a wonder it's still open! First they had ONE person working drive-thru and they shortened drive-thru hours. When you did a drive-thru transaction, you would ALWAYS be reminded of the convenience of using the ATM machines, so one day I sarcastically smiled and told them, "Then what good are you? You may as well be obsolete, so be glad you still have a job and get paid for doing something that machines will soon do." They'd shut up real quick. Then they got rid of the drive-thru altogether and had minimal skeleton crew working inside. This bank is always understaffed, and what little staff there is are super slow. You get unimpressive, indifferent customer service oftentimes. It's like they forget that banks stay open because of loyal customers who give them their business. Every now and then someone from the locked back rooms comes out and you can hear gossip and laughter as the door opens. They can see the line is long but never acknowledge it or help out. The young female "manager" with glasses & shoulder length hair loves to chat idly for extended periods, laugh loudly, discuss her personal vacation plans, etc and seems in no hurry to move line along by jumping in to help. Obnoxious & unprofessional! Reflects poorly on BoA. You have to clear a half hour or more of your time to stand in line waiting tediously for the 1-2 tellers to actually get to you. They are oblivious to the annoyed faces, restlessness, and the looking around for additional bank personnel to help out from customers. It's a hassle to wait, and wait.... and WAIT! Who has that kind of time?! Some of us only have a half hour lunch and it all gets used up as you age & decay in line waiting. Today I had to use their ATMs outside to make a quick deposit, and guess what? Deposit feature on ATMs is gone!!! It's like they want to FORCE you to go inside and die waiting in line. Why?! Whose "bright" idea was this? Please!! I only had 11 minutes left of my 30 minute lunch! Had to leave without doing my deposit. Totally inconvenient. Tried to call bank 4X to talk to someone, but as always is the case, no one EVER answers the phone at the number given for this branch. Too busy gossiping in the back, I'm sure. Don't even get me started on fees. I'm just so fed up. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BANK, it's not worth it. You'll lose valuable years off your life from the waiting & the aggravation alone!

Sharon(teller) was telling family stories with a customer, and the other teller was doing her job nicely. We (customers) were waiting for her to Finish their unnecessary long conversation for 10 minuets. Time! 1:25PM Friday 24th May 2019

First of all they don't have a drive through. Second of all, if something can be done at the atm, even if you wait in line they will send you to the atm. Also they chat with customers a little too much and make others wait too long. Dont get me wrong, I like BoA but not this location though. Too unfriendly.

I went over to drop off a deposit for my workplace. When I went in, I was very polite and said I had been in before and I just don’t think I got the correct paperwork (because my boss told me it wasn’t correct). When I politely brought it up to the teller, she immediately became aggressive with me and told me she just “didn’t know what else I wanted and I don’t know how to help you.” I wasn’t even mad, I was just asking a simply question. I always feel as if I inconveniencing them. They always seem as if I am a bother to them and they don’t want my business. Go to a different bank where people actually care about helping you out.

if i coukd give them a 0 i will, worst bank in the area. i took my uncle to open an account there and the service was horrible. they make us feel like they dont want to do business with us. because we are hispanic. i feel discriminated. the aftican american lady come to us ask us a million questions, we gave her 2 form of ids but she said that we need it proof of residence. she left to the office to get some papers and leave us there, she didnt even say wait or anything them another lady come and she finally told us to have a seat we waited 20 minutes to be told that we need it a proof of recidence. we went to wells fargo and open his account in less them 10 minutes.

I am closing my accounts there. Not happy with their business ethic. They make mistakes from their end and find a way to make it my fault and I pay dearly. They do not take responcibility for their mistakes. Don't ever use their merchant services. They gave me non working equipment. Did not send me a replacement and had the nerve to say I can't cancel because I was signed up till 2018. Which they did not mention when I was setting things up. All around not happy. Going back to Union.
