I approached two tellers and asked if I could get something notarized. I was directed to Yolanda. She was clearly a bit annoyed when she was slowly reviewing my paperwork. She asked me if I was a customer, and I confirmed that I was. She continued to leaf thru my information, while stating she was limited in what she could do. She then looked up and said "We're closed. Come back on Monday." I saw her reluctance to help me, so I left. I was at the checkout with my husband and saw a person standing at the window I just left getting help from Yolanda a few minutes later. She was clearly helping her after she refused to help me. I approached the window and said "I thought you were closed?" Yolanda was shocked that I came back. She confirmed she was closed, so I thanked her for all the service I didn't receive as a PNC customer. Yolanda is not a good representation of PNC Bank. I will not be returning to them for anything, and I am considering a new bank.

I just sat down for 3 hours with you explaining wires are a big portion of my business and now I have to come back in to sign up for wires? PNCBank is a horrible bank. I will be removing my moeny from there bank 3 days after opening the account because there service is horrible. Lady who opened account for me said heres my card call me anytime or email. Every question I have had so far I get told to call the 800 number. What is the point of a banker that does no banking or customer service. This is not a place to bank if you want your business to be able to function
