Was at the pump a good 20 mins before closing and the pump was on and working and by the time I got out they shut it down and closed.

How does a gas station in 2021 not be open 24/7? I thought that was some antiquated practice that stopped in 2010. The Giant in the shopping center is open later than the gas station! This gas station is a blight on an otherwise very nice shopping center and neighborhood.

This gas station apparently does not offer gas at night. So happy the closest gas station to the new home I bought doesn’t even stay open at night. What a freaking joke. God I hate Sunoco

I just stopped by the Franklin Farm Sunoco this evening to exchange a propane tank for my Gas Grill. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could exchange the tank, and he mumbled something that I could not understand. When I politely repeated the question, he raised his voice to almost a scream and said "In the morning. Come back in the morning". No explanation why...like maybe he could not leave the counter with people at the gas pumps, but that situation will occur in the morning as well. Net net, it was the worst customer service I ever experienced and the last time I will use that gas station for anything.

One of the few places that does emission test late in the afternoon. 8 am - 5 pm on Saturdays. Great because I usually can't make it earlier due to work. Arrived a little late, but they still took my car. Appreciate it guys!

Got to the gas station at 10:50 and the door is locked and was told by the cashier they close at 10:45.... the door says 11:00. I come to this gas station almost everyday but you’ve lost my business for life 07/24/2019

In June I rode my motorcycle to the shopping area across from this Sunoco. I parked the bike and when I returned, the battery was dead. I pushed the bike over to the Sunoco and asked if I could get a jump. JW dropped whatever he was doing and helped me out. He jump-started the battery for no charge, and I was on my way. Thanks JW!

I was on a snow truck during a winter storm and needed to use the bathroom. I stopped here planning on buying coffee and some snacks in order to use the facilities. The night manager told me that there was no bathroom and that it was broken. I really hate lies. This guy offended me. I walked out and drove to a nearby 7 eleven and gave them my business. (They had a bathroom available for customers too.)

One of the pumps wasn't dispensing gas so my girlfriend went inside to let the attendant know. He first said she was stupid and using it wrong, then when he finally came outside to look he began yelling at her and accusing her of breaking it. The attendant was terribly rude and confrontational to a young woman alone late at night simply because he could be.

It's a basic gas station convenience store. If you need propane or air for your tires it isn't too far from the residential areas. Anything else I usually pick up at the other shops in the shopping center
