Nice store with a good selection of fresh vegetables, meat and standard grocery items. We stopped here a couple of times while visiting the area and were quite happy with the experience.

Senior Discount Day used to be a common practice across all Kroger stores, but it has since been discontinued. At check-out I used to receive at least two or three coupons of items I frequently purchase, these coupons at checkout have also been discontinued. When it snows employees do a poor job of keeping the parking lot safe and secure. How hard can it be to spread a little bit of salt? Recently I’ve noticed a lot of empty shelves, but this is a sign of the times more than anything else. The employees are polite and helpful, it’s not uncommon for female employees to address me as “honey” or sweetie”. Deference for my senior citizen status, but what I would have given for a hot lady to call me “honey” when I was a young man. I’ve never had any problem with spoiled meat, sour milk or stale bread. Overall, I give this Kroger branch a barely satisfactory 3-star rating.

My son loves the seafood and the fact that they will steam it for him. Always great prices on steaks. Every time I go in the store the clearance section has something I need that I wasn't even aware of. Lol. The lines are always long but move pretty fast... self check out was backed up about 8 people long.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Have been in a few times since moving and have always been pleased. The other day when I went in, I went to the check out line and had three staff members helping me. It was a great example of the store going above and beyond for their customers. Big shout out to Joseph, Joseph and Christani!! Thanks for the speedy and laugh filled checkout.

We went to the Kroger Pharmacy on Wards Road for my daughter to get her Covid vaccination and they are the rudest people that I have ever come across in a Pharmacy! I believe they need a complete overhaul!!! What has happened to customer service?? It’s your JOB to service the people when you work in the pharmacy!!! If you do not like people then you need to rethink the JOB that you have! I will never go to that pharmacy again because today they were the cause of my blood pressure to go through the roof!!! I would highly recommend a different Pharmacy! Also FYI the customers can see you talking about them through the glass because it’s clear!!!

Did the online grocery order. The employee failed to bring out any of the refrigerated items. Since my husband picked up the groceries, and didn’t know he couldn’t trust this store and it’s employees, he just assumed it was all there. I called the store that evening at aprox 8 pm when we realized what happened. The employee was rude and didn’t care, said my option was to just come back and get them. I explained it was a 2.5 hour round trip. He said I could just come back when it was convenient. I said that would be a week later and I didn’t want week old groceries. I wanted a refund for the groceries they didn’t provide. BTW, it was like pulling teeth to actually go get him to check the fridge to see the groceries were still there. Yes, they were there, despite it showing in the system they were given to the customer. I’ve contacted Kroger customer service. They initially gave a $45 credit, or so they claim but I have no proof of that. I let them know that is unacceptable and I wanted a refund. And I want a refund for what is over $60, not the $40+ I estimated that evening wasn’t delivered. They have the groceries, they could easily calculate the exact dollar amount. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting to hear from customer service. Buyer beware of this store and it’s dishonest and lazy employees.

Love love love Kroger's stores.. Always clean.... most of the employees are awesome..... great deals, sales, meats are always fresh and stores are very clean and well stocked... Not to mention the free Friday download every single week. Tonight I only spent $60.66 and saved over $56... You can't beat it.....

This location is always rockin. Despite a remodel that occurred several years ago the biggest pet peeve of mine for this location is the narrowness of the parking lot. Its a good thing I drive a small car because spacing is at a premium. The associates are nice but the store is sometimes in disarray but its probably due to the massive amounts of daily foot traffic it gets. Self-Checkout is nice but is used more than regular checkout. Also between 5-7 most evenings you can expect heavy lines at the registers.

People were nice. Prices were average. We ate at the deli, it took about fifteen minutes to get our sandwich made. Employees had not been trained and were not quite sure what to do, but they were nice, that matters. It's an average grocery store.
