1st time I visited to this location today, cashier (SAGAR) was very disrespectful.1 of their pump was empty I went inside and told SAGAR that something is wrong with that pump, very disrespectfuly he replied that you don't know how to fill up gas. He needs to learn how to talk to ladies, very bad customer service. I will not recommend this gas station to anyone.later he came back outside and told me to move to the other pump because the one I was complaining to him had no gas.

Friendly service but that’s where it all ENDS!!!!! I got a quick car wash (the works) for my friends blue car it needed it an I was being nice, you can choose 6,8,10 so it’s cheap I got the 10 I go around back it’s a very seedy area so I could be kidnapped and or jumped from behind this place however I punch in the code An speed in NO UNDERCARAGE spray??? Ok 1 count it ONE pass through with soap 🤔🙄??? Just one and the machine lets the soft touch do the rest obviously..... and I will admit the brushes wer the cleanest brushes Iv seen in 30 full years of life. Probably cause nobody uses this wash. For good reason.... the shell is touchless and layers the soap on thick and blast it off.... the Exxon down the street is pricy for a wash but gets the job done better with more layers of soap and rinse. not just rinse rinse rinse with water and no soap... if the 10 dollar wash was the 6 dollar one it would make sense but I can’t imagine what they do for 6 bucks???? Not use soap at all

This is the worst Exxon gas station I have ever seen. The Cashier who was there at the time of service; his name written in the shirt "Tan" seems like a fake name which is miss representation to the customer. On Saturday 10/21/2017 3:24PM I got gas at the pump number 12 the cost was $23.58 but there was additional $10 charge (works) I asked the cashier what was the charge about he said that was for car wash then I said I did not meant to get a car wash I requested for refund but he said " I don't do refund he said it was your fault and you have to pay for it" which is obviously a rip off. I requested talk to his manager but he was not available and asked me to come back at night which was not possible because I live in another city about an hour drive which was very inconvenient. This is the worst and very rude serviced gas station. I will be complaining BBB and Exxon corporate office as well Beware!! of this gas station. address is 8289 Sudley road Manassas VA 20109 BK
