This place is amazing! Jake helped me out a lot today. I broke my phone while at work and he didn’t mind helping me fix it, an hour before they closed! A lot of people are rude, and lazy nowadays! Jake was the complete opposite of that. Thanks dude!

I've bought a used phone from here and had a screen repaired. They stood by their warranty when my used phone needed a new part and the screen repair was fast and like new. I think they're a very fair and honest repair shop.

I'm also amazed about how polite and sincerely respectful all of the technicians are, especially Trayvon and Jake (referring to them by name is just a simple manifestation of the type of friendly, professional, and service-oriented relationship that they have facilitated with me). I stopped in today to look at the lightning connection of my Beats headphones. Since it has the same connection as an iPhone I decided to take a chance to see if they could fix it. I had bought a cheap iPhone charger on Amazon to charge my Beats headphones and a piece of the charger broke inside the Beats lightning charging port. They quickly identified the issue and fixed it in minutes. The team is unbelievable and extremely helpful. They have a customer for life!

dropped phone off for battery replacement and told about 30 minutes to complete. ran a couple of errands and returned about 40 minutes later and the phone was ready. employee was very nice and professional. will return as needed. highly recommend
