Store was not very clean. Food coming out took about 15-20 mins and I was the only one who was there. They put the fries in the bag and let them sit in the bag for about half the time till the chicken sandwich was finally made. Parking: Plenty of parking. No one eats there and now I know why.

The kids working where so rude and ignorant to the supervisor, that we have vowed to never return to this establishment. The food wasn't as expected in flavor, they forgot to give us part of our meal then they ran out. We had to wait for the supervisor to really get on the kids to get more made so we could eat. Bo knows. Bojangles has great biscuits. The freshest eggs and sausage. The grits and potato Bo Rounds are delicious ! Butter and hot coffee! Oh my word! What a wonderful breakfast or for anytime 😋. Get there people, you won't regret it. 👍👍👍👌👌👌

Took 30 minutes to order and have our food prepared. No dirty rice. Too many people working for only one person in front taking orders and getting food. Slowest service ever.

I'm begging you. Do NOT come here! Don't waste your time. Drive to Hampton, hell drive to Suffolk. You'll get home faster. I thought it was a fluke when I waited 30 minutes one time. It wasn't. I almost ran out of gas. It got to the point where I felt stupid driving away. It had already been so long. I caught up on a show in Netflix in my car. There's that....smh

The lines are always to long and food and my food is always missing something. The most positive thing I can say if you call to complain they will give you a rebate/refund of $10 for a future purchase.

The lady only job was taking orders, still got it wrong. I asked for a sausage biscuit she repeats bacon egg & cheese. Loud, wrong & just rude. After a 10 minute wait, Biscuit was cold, I asked for sweet tea NO ice. Cup had More ice than tea. Wasted my $$ & time & gas.

Love their all day breakfast. I got a chicken biscuit combo and it was great. Employees were nice too.
