"The people in THIS COUNTRY DON'T WANT TO WORK" That was the response I received from the he manager Renadi. When I asked for a manager or someone else to come to the register while she was blowing up ballons. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me "I AM THE MANAGER AND THE ONLY ONE HERE AND PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY JUST DON'T WANT TO WORK YOU'RE HERE EVERYDAY!" I'm a customer and she should have been empathic to my waiting and given me a nicer response instead of the rude response she gave Implying ALL AMERICANS are lazy and don't want to work. Which is not true, neither am I there everyday. I don't know what that's supposed to mean, because if I were, which I'm not, but what would that have to do with anything? I called headquarters to complain and after waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes. I was connected to someone named Timothy Cooper voice mail. If there's no one to complain to. I don't see how this type of behavior can be corrected. Dollar Tree need to recognize that low prices will not excuse bad customer service and they are going to lose customers. If I don't receive a call back from this Timothy Cooper person. They will lose me as a customer. I will not continue to subject myself while spending my money to bad customer service From store employees with nasty attitudes. I'll make my purchases elsewhere.

Update: I love DT! But this one is NOT our favorite! They always have really long lines! At times the lines are backed all the way in the aisles. That's ridiculous! We regret we had to use the bathroom. YUCK!! After using the restroom we went to tell the manager how gross it was. She had an attitude and didn't care. So unprofessional! Please see the pics of the bathroom! NEVER AGAIN will we use those filthy bathrooms!!! 🚫 If we could we would give them 0! This store is my fav! No matter where I am I always stop by just about any DT store! I am doing a DIY vanity and I was SUPER happy to get some items from here at a discount price for my vanity project! The store was clean, staff was very nice, had stickers on the floor saying stay 6ft apart bc of COVID-19 which is a plus for me! I was looking at some items and could not find lids for them but they had lids. That is my only complaint, and they could have had 2 lines open so we didn't have to wait in line longer.

So slow and just a gross store. Too many employees not worrying about customers. Too busy chatting in the office to worry about the ridiculous lines. If you're thinking about going here on your lunch break save yourself the trouble and don't do it.

If I could give 0 stars I would I went there today and as always the line was to the middle of the store ! I got to check out and Candace was very nasty to me. She handed me my money in a nasty way. Pop her mouth at me, and then tried to rush me out the way. Then I called the store and one of the employees acted like they were a manager. This store is getting worse by the day and I don't know if I will be COMING BACK!!!

Plenty of parking and despite the fact that pretty much everything has gone up to $1.25 ... you can still get greeting cards for 50 cents. Also of note: this location has a refrigerated cold case.

I went in today to get storage boxes!! This is the nastiest store I have ever seen in my life! The shelves look like they exploded ! The chip isle had opened bags of chips on the floor. This is the case every time I've been there, I WILL NEVER SOHP THERE AGAIN!!! THIS NOT ONLY FALLS ON THE MANAGER BUT THE DISTRICT MANAGER AS WELL! I'll spend my $1.25 somewhere else. It's a shame to walk in a store and have this experience. If I could give them a zero star I would, because that's how bad the store looked 😤

I stoped by returning from a doctor’s appointment to check for shadow boxes which I use for sea glass art and stickers but of course I bought more which I will take with me on a trip overseas. The building looks new on the outside but the inside did not look new. On the other hand they were fully stocked. Organized and greater selection than the one near my house In Williamsburg. I saw many things to buy but I held back only because of my trip. The cashier was very pleasant. I mentioned to her why the company wastes money with advertising posters on their windows. They don’t have sales but showing some of their items. I sympathize with the employees making little money where they can eliminate the posters and give a little more to their employees. It’s pretty amazing the many excellent quality products they sell. Again I like to emphasize their great selection and every isle stocked.
