Everyone is great in this store. I lived in this city going on 2 years now and I have never had a problem with anyone until last week. This beautiful young lady with pig tails was rude the very moment I walked in, to the moment I left. I even went back a few days later (I go there a lot) and she ran into me on the same aisle(not literally.) She gave me the nastiest stare ever. So unprofessional. Why work somewhere if you’re not happy?

They rearranged the store... It looks so much better. Layout is a huge improvement. Frozen and cold section got upgrade. They have some great nane brand products and prices are really good. Very impressed with the changes they have made.

Went to this location around 12pm today. Nasty rude cashier standing at the register with no light on who would not make eye contact, speak or look up from her phone. I'm sorry but who ever manages this location should know that this is not acceptable. I've never seen someone act so poorly and rude. It is amazing she still has a job. Would tell you her name but she had no uniform or name badge on...shocking.

This is not our fav FD but we go here from time to time. Loved the recent picture we bought! Love their extra big decorative store bags. This FD seems small and crowded. Some people hang out in front, some beg for money. We don't like that. Police frequent the area, don't feel completely safe in that shopping center near the FD. Staff are nice, but could work on long lines.

Goodness! Where to start. First, Lack of customer service skills. Second, associates having a full blown conversation without helping customers nor staying at the register. Finally, the associates were complaining about the job. I don't want to hear that when I'm trying to shop. That's what the break room for. I don't know whats going on with that location and the Hidenwood one. Get it together.

I went to family dollar yesterday looking for some Mr.plumber (knock off Drano). They didn't have any so my bf & I proceeded to leave the store. As we are walking out there are two cashiers near the door, one on a register, one near by doing something. As I walk past I hear the one doing something mumble something that sounds like "stealing stealing". I looked at her but wasn't sure what was said or to whom. Later yesterday evening I asked my bf to go to the store for something else (mind you it's right across the street from my home, and I shop here often). When he got back home he told me that the cashier asked 21 questions, "Didn't you come in here earlier?" "You left out of here empty handed and now your back." Insinuating that we had stolen something. I was really upset and debated whether to go back and say something or not. Today I called customer care and made a complaint.
