This bank since the merger is a disaster. I used to bank with Suntrust for years and had absolutely no problems. Last night I tried to send money with Zelle to my daughter which I have done numerous times, even with Truist. I received a message that sending the money was under "review" and and an email to contact customer service. The email said there would be assistance 24/7. When I tried to call, after pushing one button and another, I finally got a message to "call back during regular business hours." That is hardly 24/7 customer service! I have had so many problems with this bank since the merger and am looking to switch out in the very near future. Read the reviews of Truist on Reddit and you will see it most often referred to as a "dumpster fire." Numerous complaints on Next Door as well about all their errors with accounts. They advertise themselves as a "different kind of bank." That part is certainly true! Take your accounts elsewhere!

Since switching over from bbt this branch has gone down hill. Such horrible service. After this mornings issues Im switching everything to my credit union. Ive been with the original bank for almost 30 years and my experience get worse and worse with this bank every month.

I have literally stood in line for over 45 minutes. The manager, a long blonde haired lady, has done nothing to soothe the massive line that has built up in the branch. People are complaining. I’m still standing here. This is absurd. Even the manager saying she appreciated us waiting or something would have meant something. She just looks at the growing line. There is one teller, and one drive through teller. I won’t be coming to this branch again.

This location is such a joke! There is no consistency whatever! You can be denied a transaction by one teller and the same day have the transaction completed by a different teller. They really need to get on the same page! Glad I’ve switched to Navy federal!
