Dealer cancelled my initial 24 hour reservation without a call or anything, though in fairness I was running behind; never had any other Uhaul dealer do that. He signed me out a new truck for only 6 hours, did not prep or check the Uhaul truck, and left it parked in close between two others with the mirrors folded all the way in. When I backed out to check the vehicle and parked to inspect it, the shifter linkage was found to be damaged and would not return to park, requiring me to turn off the engine, leave it in neutral, and turn on the parking brake to inform the owner. When I did so, he just switched it to another truck, gave me the keys, did not provide new paperwork, and didn't even tell me where the new truck was (also wedged in with the others). After arriving at our destination, loading our truck, and preparing to leave, I found the truck (our SECOND) to have a dead battery for no apparent reason (all lights off, doors closed, etc). I waited 1 1/2- 2 hours for a uhaul roadside contractor (independent contractor, but HE did a great job, doing quick, friendly work out in the rain). We then went on to unload at storage. Once complete, we gassed up what little we used and returned the truck (in the rain, after hours). I then saw, and confirmed a few days later, that they had charged me for TWO days. So, terrible customer service, no equipment prep or inspection, two broke-down trucks, and then they charged me not once, but TWICE the amount I was supposed to pay for their incompetence and poor equipment upkeep. Will definitely be contesting the charges with uhaul. FOR UHAUL, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

Exceeded expectations, I reserved a truck thought I didn't need it canceled the reservation which was handled with ease and no drama 30 minutes later I needed a truck and re-reserved it. The check in was seamless very courteous staff and friendly the truck was in very good condition and a good price. My son left something in the truck and they were very helpful in tracking it down and finding it for me. This business "treats people the way they would like to be treated "A rare to find in this crazy world".

The worst customer service, the owner Bobby should be working pumping gas nothing more, I spend at least a couple of thousand dollars there a year and he ripped me off for gasoline last week. He said the tank was full when I took it out ,I drove 16 miles and returned the van. I started to fill the tank and ran to shut the pump off at 30.00 dollars and 6 gallons of gas . When I asked him to take a look at it he said that I was filling a reserve tank. I presumed It would have shut off after 1 gallon. He became loud condescending and would not let me speak saying it was my fault. I asked him to take 22 dollars out of his pocket to reimburse me and he said no. After 5 -6 years and well over 10,0000.00 thousand dollars spent this is the customer service experience that I received. Go any where else. I will be contacting a district manager or supervisor.

I wish I could rate below 1 star. Bobby the owner is a scammer and will lie to your face for your money. When you ask questions, they dismiss you and call the police. Avoid this place at all cost or it will cost you!

There is a reason everyone rates place so poorly. Be very careful when considering using this facility. I am in the middle of a case as they are trying to pin $1,600 worth of damages on me even though the owner Bobby told me he knows it was the previous drive. Its nor worth the risk find another uhaul.

I agree with the negative reviews here and was willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Biggest mistake going to this place that I regret now. My friend and I had an unpleasant experience. I agree that if you fit a certain demographic you would not be treated with respect. On top of it, a guy named Bob threatened to take action against me because I did not rate them fairly and left a negative message on my voicemail. Avoid this place at all costs.

This guys is a complete fraudster. Charged me $70 worth of fees for cleaning because I “didn’t properly fold the blanket.” The blankets were folded perfectly. Luckily, the UHAUL national org fully refunded me. Avoid this guy like the plague unless you enjoy 45 minute wait times, incompetence, and blatant, unapologetically prejudice staff. You will be conned if you fit a certain demographic.

Despite what I've heard online, I returned a U-Haul here (though I didn't make the booking here). Dropoff was easy, simple, and I incurred no additional charges, as other reviewers have experienced. I guess it's just a mixed bag.

They cancelled the truck 4 hours before move but still tried to charge me 150 for "moving help" booked through the u haul website. I've had positive experience with uhaul in the past. This location is completely out of character for uhaul. My opinion is that you should avoid this location when booking with Uhaul.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We moved some furniture and were charged an extra $40 because we brought the truck back "unclean." The "mess" was a single, small (less than 1 pound) bin that was missed. The owner was extremely rude and simultaneously told us that he was trying to help while saying in the next breath that it was our fault. Nobody even asked if we needed or wanted our bin. So not only were we scammed, but they also stole and/or disposed of our property. Definitely looking into what the umbrella company can do and also seeing about reporting to the BBB. Never coming here again for anything, even gas if my car is running on fumes.
