All the employees are knowledgeable and polite. However Alexandria went above and beyond to make sure that I had the ring I wanted. At the end of Day all the boxes were checked and I felt bad because I had changed my mind 1000 times. She is one of the best Customer Service & sales Representative I’ve ever dealt with .please pass the word and take your business to the store.

I came in the store to buy 1 gold dipped rose and left with 2! The ladies were so sweet and friendly. I had the honor of having Wendi as the salesperson. Wendi was an absolute delight to speak with and made the experience so enjoyable! It was so fun getting to talk with her while she got my gifts ready! I recommend this store because of the service and overall experience!

Alex was wonderful in helping me find an engagement ring for lady. We went through all options in the store (which was a lot of options,) however, I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. So I had Alex contact Henebry's outside custom Jewler from California to come up with a custom diamond choice and setting at a GREAT price. My fiance and I could not be more happy or pleased. Thank you Alex and Henebry's!!!

My son bought a promise ring from a different jeweler about a year ago for his girlfriend. The ring had become misshapen & he wanted to get the ring fixed for her. Not being satisfied with the previous jeweler we were on the search for a local jeweler who would make this right. Much to our surprise we discovered Henebry's Jewelers right here in Staunton, VA. We were able to have his girlfriend's ring reshaped the same day! We were so pleased with their customer service & decided to upgrade her ring. Kathy was very knowledgeable & helpful. I went in first to see about selling a few pieces of jewelry. I had read through a couple of the google reviews and they were all better than good reviews! Kristyn was very honest with me and recommended that I go to some place that would credit me for the stones as well as the gold and silver. I also needed to see about having a ring sized. Due to the shape of my fingers, Adam suggested a ring guard. Adam put the ring guard on in less than 3 minutes and had my ring fitting perfectly. Thank you! I will be back for sure!!

When my wonderful fiancé proposed on a whim we were so excited to look for my forever ring, but soon after we were stressed out as we started looking around. Every place we went to either wasn’t knowledgeable of their jewelry, way too expensive, not friendly service, or simply didn’t have what we were looking for. So when I found the family owned business Henebry’s I went with low expectations and that I was going to have to take a break from ring shopping after this. And oh my goodness, they exceeded my expectations! Everyone there was very friendly, refueling my excitement about getting a ring to show off my newest relationship status. Cassandra worked with me, and she was so patient and enthusiastic to have me try on just about everything to see what I liked, what looked best on me, etc. She and the team were very knowledgeable on everything I asked them, and they had plenty of beautiful rings in our price range. I excitedly told my fiancé that I found our place to find my ring. When we were able to go back Cassandra and the team continued that family friendly service and walked us through everything again. We found THE forever ring and when it was a bit above our budget they were able to work with us to get it right where we needed. They were then able to get the ring sizing rushed so that I could have the ring to show off to my family. We have gotten so much excitement about our engagement (because I’ll be honest, it’s the forever good love and commitment that I’m most excited about), but I’ve gotten so many compliments on the beautiful stunner on my left hand. I now get the big hype of wearing a beautiful ring! I’m okay that I won’t be getting jewelry for awhile after the purchase of my BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT engagement ring, but I’m so excited that when we get to purchase our wedding bands and any other jewelry in the future, we will know right where to go. So if you’re looking for above family friendly service that takes the stress out of jewelry shopping, I only recommend Henebry’s. Thank you Henebry’s for being a big part of our next steps!!! What a nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean store, and I bought a beautiful Sterling Silver Omega necklace for my mother for Xmas, and it was on sale for 1/3 of what I was going to pay online. I will most definitely be checking in this store a lot more often! Highly recommended!
