8/27/22. Drive thru box is terrible. So hard to hear what the workers are saying. Not to mention, this evening, the drive thru worker had one hellacious attitude. Sorry your voice box is awful, but you shouldn't be getting snippy with people. My husband was polite as ever, but the lady got an attitude and told him to pull forward, even though he wasn't finished ordering. We decided to let it go and just take whatever the lady had rung up.

Be very careful and slow when entering their parking lot the entrance has settled terribly and it sounded like it tore the front of my car off. The food was OK the service was OK staff was probably tired , just like all over worked people.

No cup holders and wouldn't even give me a box to put them in just bad service all the way through I'm going to the Southside from now on

I only put two stars because at least the food was hot and up to par with my expectations. I was originally trying to get dinner from the Waynesboro location but they were closed with no sign... I ordered from there to get carryout in Staunton which I had to wait for the food to be made for an extra 30 minutes after the app said the food would be ready. They need to get their act together. There was only three guests at the most there when I arrived too....

I paid $33. The cashier lady took my hand and shook it violently as she gave back my card and yelled at me saying “You could’ve saved $15, order 2 #4’s next time!” Like at least don’t tell us that you ripped us off and just do it within taking the order. Never going back.

I pull up to order. The girl taking orders just said what do you want. I asked for a 12 piece bucket and asked if they could make it mostly legs. She just said a flat and rude no. I thought she was joking at first. Then she said we don’t have legs. I said you don’t have legs. And she said yeah we don’t have any. I said ok, never mind. She said yeah fine. And was giggling and laughing as we pulled off. Very rude.

I ordered the 10pc meal. I did not receive the plates I requested. I also ordered Sierra mist and we received something. It wasn't Sierra mist..it wasn't coke...I guess this was the mystery drink we received. The lid on the large drink container was loose and leaked inside the bag. It doesn't take but a second to double check these things.

The service here is amazing, very friendly employees, the place is clean, and the food is fresh. I have not seen service like this in a very long time. Keep it up Staunton KFC! The drive from Waynesboro was worth it!

Ordered an 8 piece chicken. Got 7 pieces and 4 of the 7 pieces were thighs! Called the manager Brandon, who told me to bring the wrong pieces back and they would replace them. Since some of us don't eat dark meat, some of us won't have dinner. We don't live in Staunton and would have to waste time and money to correct their mistake.

Honestly, this piece of chicken looks like someone bit it and took most the skin off. The food was good, but this piece was clearly mistreated and it still reached the customer.
